All the staff all over the property are warm and welcoming. Boom and Toey greeted me and checked me in on arrival. After staying at 40 hotels in Phuket and Pattaya , I can safely say this was the best check in! They were really nice and informed me of the facilities , Location of the pool, timings etc. The pool area is open till midnight which is a real bonus! My room is spacious with a good sized balcony. Ac and hot water are all perfect! As a hotel manager in London with 200+ staff , I would love to take the staff here to work at my hotel! 🙃 for the first time since November I am truly happy with the fantastic service the ladies have provided here and i can see them all doing excellently in hospitality !

Easily accessible walking distances to/from Soi 6, Beach Road and Terminal21. Fantastically friendly staffs, good shower and strong wifi with brilliant room cleaning service. Lovely local coffee house nearby

Dogs biting people in the alley in the night as well as badly aggressive Thai drivers likely hitting pedestrians in the street and alley nearby the property. Restaurant in the property is not so good.

They have a roof top pool with chairs in the sun and undercover with tables which is delightful. I loved the bed, slept like a baby every night. The air con worked perfectly the whole time, I've been to some hotels where it starts making noises or stops working half way through the stay. The staff were wonderful, so accommodating and friendly, nothing was ever an issue. And the rooms were clean and well kept, even though its an older hotel, the bathrooms seem to be recently refurbished.

The only reason I didn't give it 4/4 stars for the facilities was because the gym was too small and lacking. But seriously, everything else was great! Personally, I liked the location, there is a mini C just across the road, and a 7 Eleven 1 min walk, great little restaurants all around and laundry facilities all around. But it still might be a little "out of the action" for some people.

We got a free upgrade, that was really nice 👍 Room was very big, with lots of space, balcony, mini kitchen (no stove) everything was very clean. Big comfy bed. AC was sufficient. The most important for us was Wi-fi, it was strong enough to work and have meetings. That is why we prolonged our stay here to 5 days. Location is great 👍 we walked everywhere or took grab/bolt.

Can’t really complain much. From the Street outside indeed you can hear motorcycles, but it wasn’t crazy or disturbing for me. But the sounds from the corridor: loud people passing by, or cleaning personell talking or wiping the floors were more loud for me😅

What a gorgeous place! Super laid back and quiet location yet mere minutes to Soi 6/ beach road or Terminal 21 or Walking Street. Wow, great location without being in the middle of the noise. They offer free transport to Soi 6 and some other popular areas to visit. Walking around the block of the hotel gives you access to several 7 eleven ( even that one) type stores, restaurants galore and bars, haircuts, laundries ....spacious airy, cheery hotel with very spacious well accommodated rooms with working hot water and even an "old school" full size refrigerator! Nice balcony with a wash station built in. Storage safe, big working new TV.....nice pool on the rooftop. On premises restaurant. Nicest staff EVER!

I thought the whole place would be perfect for me for a long term rental. I loved it.

The pool area on top of the roof is very good....plenty of sun loungers. Very clean rooms and hotel. All staff were excellent and helpful all the time. Nice to have a balcony, I've stayed in more expensive hotels with no balcony. The gym is small but enough there to give you a bit of exercise including a treadmill. As I say I've stay in hotels a lot more expensive but no gym. I would stay here again, in fact we are gong back in March and my wife said to book it again when we travel there in October.....and if the wife approves then it must be good. The free shuttle bus we used a few times but you can walk it to Central Road or second road within 10 mins....there is a Mini Big C cross the road from the hotel and 7/11's on the 10 minute walk to both Central Road and Second road. Free coffee in the lobby and if you want more the maids are more than happy to help.....I do not have any bad feedback as the price of this hotel is very reasonable. The tea bags are not very strong so if you like your tea....either bring a box from home or you can pop cross the road to the mini Big C and pick up a box of standard Yellow Label......the water tap and shower water I would say is lukewarm but at 30'c outside this wasn't an issue but if you like a really hot shower it might be a good idea to inquire about this..... Once again none of these minor things was a problem for us and we are staying there again twice this year coming up but if you're a bit of moaner and expect a 5 star hotel on a budget price then it's better you look somewhere else. If however you weight up what is important and the effort and standards that the Siam View give you......then you won't be disappointed with this hotel. I would just like to thank ALL THE STAFF here for a great stay and thank them for all their help and effort that they all put in

Friendly staffs, good location, fantastically amazing wifi, brilliantly nice facilities, fascinatingly so lovely room and bed with balcony, gym and swimming pool on the top floor, value for money

shower would have to be more strongly powerful Speed limit needs to be implemented and enforced on the lanes and alleys near the property (it's not the property's fault)

This is a very good hotel away from noisy roads but within a 10-minute walk to the beach. It has 7-11 and Big C very close by and two very good massage shops. There are very good Irish Pub, seafood, and Thai restaurants all within a 5 minutes walk if you don't want to eat at the in-house German restaurant. The rooms are large with a good size balcony, writing desk, and a king-size bed. The water pressure is very good. The pool is good for a refreshing swim but not so good if you want to do laps. The staff are very helpful and housekeeping is excellent. I have stayed here many times and will continue to base myself here in the future.

The pool is relatively shallow.

Ambience of the hotel was very nice. Swimming pool was sparkling clean and so was the entire hotel. Bed was comfortable, staff is polite and welcoming. There is 7/11 nearby, coffee shop and massage parlor right infront of the hotel. Walking street is also at walking distance.
