The hotel has a very cool Cuban vibe, with staff in uniforms and lots of memorabilia and photos on the walls all around the hotel. The room was large with a shower room (yes, the shower is its own room, you could fit 10 people if you are into that). The breakfast buffet had many choices of great food and the coffee machine had lots of strong coffee options. The staff were fantastic, very helpful and always smiling. There are two 7-elevens very close by and some good restaurants, a DIY laundry and many motor bike taxi options.

The street can get busy and there is not a lot of space for walking etc., so you just need to pay attention.

The Quba Boutique Hotel is a true hidden gem. From the second I walked in, I felt like I was no longer in Thailand but somewhere deep in Old Havana. The architecture is absolutely stunning, colorful, vibrant, and full of vintage Cuban charm. The open atrium floods the place with natural light and tropical energy. I stayed in the “El Presidente” suite, and it honestly blew me away. The room was spacious and full of character, but the real highlight the private balcony for me. More of a mini courtyard with an open sky, it was surprisingly massive easily big enough to host a small gathering or just relax with a drink and watch clouds pass by. One of the coolest features of the property was the authentic cigar bar. It was laid-back, well-curated, and a perfect nod to Cuban culture. Whether you're into cigars or not, it’s worth checking out just for the atmosphere. The staff here is exceptional. Friendly, professional, and truly welcoming. They made me feel taken care of from the moment check-in. I actually arrived past midnight and it was not a hassle to get to my room. The security guard goes above an beyond, because it was after hours he escorted me to my room and helped with my bags. I wish I could remember his name, but that is my boy! Tik is one of the supervisors there and she was very nice and extremely helpful offering assistance with everything from local recommendations to last-minute changes. The whole staff in general were very polite and accommodating. It’s rare to find service that feels both personal and effortless, but they nailed it.

Great hotel stayed for a week, and everything was perfect. Great food right down the street 😋 you can get your laundry done across the street for super cheap. Massage 💆‍♀️💆‍♂️ right across from the hotel. About 15 mins walk to soi 6 and many other establishments and entertainment. Nice pool if you need to cool off. Definitely be back again someday. Very helpful staff. All the tvs have Netflix and signed in with hotel account very convenient. The room was amazing, really comfy bed, hot shower with lots of pressure, the room was perfect.

Breakfast was terrible, not a 4 star hotel breakfast. Breakfast was served from the kitchen with only a choice of eggs, came with bacon which was ok, cold hard fried potatoes, cold Grilled tomato and cold chicken hotdog sausages.

Even if it's not luxurious, absolutely everything is nice. The staff were excellent. The room size is excellent for a solo traveler. The fit and finish in the rooms is pleasant. The bed was just the right firmness. All the room furniture was real wood and finished beautifully. The location is pretty good. It's about a 10-12 minute walk to the Runaway (747) market. There are several 7-Elevens and a mini Big C nearby. A little farther down the road there's a full size Big C and outlet mall. The breakfast is okay. More Eastern than Western selection at breakfast, though.

There's nothing that would put me off staying here again. It would be nice if there was space for a little desk. If there are children staying there, you're probably going to hear noise from the pool as it is very close to the rooms. I'm not sure why, but nothing ever dried off. Clothing soaked from Songkran and towels just stayed wet. There is a laundromat across the street, if needed.

Hotel is overall good, but it is worth only for design. Otherwise it is expensive comparing with others. Breakfast is poor, although they compensate it with extremely beautiful plates. Welcome drink is provided.

The staff found my fruit when I had already left to go to the airport and turned back to find it. .that is amazing. Brilliantand unexpected service. Nice place friendly reception. Extraordinary decor. Great gentleman prepare cocktails. Location fine. Easy to find. Slightly away from busy area. Good! I would recommend if it's in your budget. Pool small but just what you need. Room superbly decorated for those who like Cuban style you will adore it

Only thing was noise from street at night because I was in end room. Perhaps ask for a room away from street. But I stayed just two nights so no bother. It takes a while to work out how the lights work but that's just me. This is a top quality hotel

The decor and architecture were very unique and esthetically appealing. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. The fitness center, while small, had enough to do what you needed. The Bar location in the hotel was a small, open court by the restaurant where all the tenants congregate making it easy to make friends and conversations.

Due to the decor and architecture, it left no insulation from sounds outside. Mostly, the loud motorbikes rattling by in the early morning were annoying. But it can't be helped.

The property is really nice, colourful and the decoration is really really good. They play latin musicall day, the pool was ok. I stayed 3 nights and they cleaned the room twice. The breakfast is acceptable for 200 BAHT

The room is small and dark, the aircon needs to be regased or do some maintenance on it, it was not cold but the fan that is attached in the room helped it. I had breakfast once and it was acceptable, almost everything was fresh just the fruits ( watermelon and the pineapple weren't fresh) The orange juice is not natural. The things for the salads were not fresh. The lifts were like being in hell, there's no aircon on them. The location is good just be careful with the narrow streets, there's no pedestrian signs of paths.
