we enjoyed the more quiet side of Pattaya and waking to beach Rd was approx 15 minutes. The neighbourhood has endless food options and bars. a grab costs 70bht for most destinations around Pattaya. we preferred this option

the only problem we encountered was the monthly pest/mosquito spraying which was performed without giving us any notice. we've travelled to Thailand several times and many other tropical islands; resorts,hotels and villas always advise their guests with a brief letter in their rooms and elevators. The only reason I mention this being something we didn't like or appreciate was the fact that all the smoke and toxic fumes entered the hotel floors due to the hotel having open side windows. the smoke was unbearable to the point we could barely see down the corridors. thankfully the smoke cleared within an hour. the staff we accommodating and very helpful .

The staff service was incredible. Anything you needed was always tended to with care at all hours of the day. The room service was amazing. Rooms were cleaned thoroughly daily, all replenishments restocked, fresh linen, towels, etc, overall just really good service. The gym is quite impressive compared to other hotels/resorts. Beds and pillows were very comfy. No faults, very good hotel.

Unfortunately the included breakfast was mostly inedible. You have the breakfast buffet and the chefs cooking station. Food from the cooking station was fresh, made on the spot, and actually really good. However, food from the buffet was awful. Most of it was stale, dry, old, and tasteless. It’s as if someone found food lying around and decided to serve it. It’s extremely disappointing paying for breakfast included when most of it was awful. Very dissatisfied. Every time you walk into the apartment and insert the key to activate the amenities, the tv turns on. Extremely annoying feature. Especially late at night. The music by the pool could not have been worse. Luckily you can just turn it off.

Big rooms very clean and quiet. Staff were exceptional. Very friendly always ready to help. Congrats to hotel management for instilling excellent customer service. Would definitely recommend. Would stay here again.

Located down a small Soi. Traffic in and out can be busy during the day. But not a big issue. Only a short walk to the main road.

The staff throughout were great. The breakfast was really good. The kitchen staff did a great job and smiling. Got a couple good massages. The pool and fitness were good. The room was clean and spacious. The bed was super comfortable. The fridge ice cold. The kitchen had a cook top that I didn’t use. A smart TV. The location was ok in a quiet area. 5-8 minutes walk to action or short motor bike to Beach Road. You can take the free hotel Tuk Tuk to different places. A nice Hotel with 7/11’s close by.

No sidewalks in the area with many hotels. Walking wasn’t so bad in low season but in high season with hundreds more people I think it would be a challenge.

This is a very good accommodation. All staff were very respectful, cleaning staff were very good and helpful if ever anything was required they went out of their way to assist. Cafe staff were exceptional, providing prompt and courtious service I could not fault them. Reception team were friendly, helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them, extremely helpful. The Gym and pool area was always kept clean with plenty of towels, showers and toilets always clean, pool was well maintained and sparkling.

I can truly say I did not find anything about this place I did not like.

very clean and walking distance to a 7/11 - you can also easily jump on those 10 baht busses down to the main beach in minutes. very nice staff and clean! only issue is the Wi-Fi does get a bit weak after 10pm I assume it’s due to heavy traffic. I do work online and this is important and I did video calls with no issue but after 10 you might want to have a hot spot prepared which you can get SIM cards 5G for 300 baht.

The Aster hotel and residence is a great place, my room was very spacious and very well set out,the bed was extremely comfortable and the room had a kitchenette as well. The shower was always hot and bathroom had a bath. The staff were so kind and considerate always smiling and happy. I even received a basket of fruit from a friendly staff member which was a lovely gesture indeed. I highly recommend anyone who is looking for a very comfortable hotel not to look any further than the Aster Hotel and Residence, thank you for looking after me. 🙏

Best hotel we’ve had in our entire Thailand trip. Rooms are very spacious and very clean. The pool was also very good. Restaurant was great. Location is great too, just a few hundred meters from the main road and a short walk to the beach. The best part was the staff, so helpful, kind and understanding. When we got there the 1st night I was sick and they let us check in the room in advance so I could relax in my room.

The hotel is well maintained and very well organized. The staff is helpful and well-informed, too. The location is ideal for a peaceful stay. Quiet neighbourhood but walking distance to the beach. The Central Pattaya road is only 200 metres away, and there is a 7-11, too, at that corner. The room had a kitchenette with a cooktop, microwave, fridge, and a washing machine too. The basic cutlery were there, and you could ask for utensils to cook if required. The bathroom had a shower area and a bathtub, too. The gym is small but useful. The pool is a salt water pool. It is clean and is open till 10PM, ideal for a swim after an evening at the beach. There is a restaurant in the hotel, a really good one. Till date, this is the best 4-star hotel we have stayed in. We will definitely stay there again whenever we are in Pattaya.

Everything about this hotel was excellent, from the welcome at the front desk by our porter, then the girls at counter, the cleaning ladies deserve high praise, room cleaned like new always smelling fresh and new. The breakfast and evening meals in the bistro are of high quality, only exceeded by all of the lovely staff who served us during our stay. All forms of transport close, most things of interest within a good 20-minute walk. Pool excellent for a relaxing afternoon and fitness centre well fitted
