we enjoyed the more quiet side of Pattaya and waking to beach Rd was approx 15 minutes. The neighbourhood has endless food options and bars. a grab costs 70bht for most destinations around Pattaya. we preferred this option

the only problem we encountered was the monthly pest/mosquito spraying which was performed without giving us any notice. we've travelled to Thailand several times and many other tropical islands; resorts,hotels and villas always advise their guests with a brief letter in their rooms and elevators. The only reason I mention this being something we didn't like or appreciate was the fact that all the smoke and toxic fumes entered the hotel floors due to the hotel having open side windows. the smoke was unbearable to the point we could barely see down the corridors. thankfully the smoke cleared within an hour. the staff we accommodating and very helpful .

very clean and walking distance to a 7/11 - you can also easily jump on those 10 baht busses down to the main beach in minutes. very nice staff and clean! only issue is the Wi-Fi does get a bit weak after 10pm I assume it’s due to heavy traffic. I do work online and this is important and I did video calls with no issue but after 10 you might want to have a hot spot prepared which you can get SIM cards 5G for 300 baht.

Big rooms very clean and quiet. Staff were exceptional. Very friendly always ready to help. Congrats to hotel management for instilling excellent customer service. Would definitely recommend. Would stay here again.

Located down a small Soi. Traffic in and out can be busy during the day. But not a big issue. Only a short walk to the main road.

Best hotel we’ve had in our entire Thailand trip. Rooms are very spacious and very clean. The pool was also very good. Restaurant was great. Location is great too, just a few hundred meters from the main road and a short walk to the beach. The best part was the staff, so helpful, kind and understanding. When we got there the 1st night I was sick and they let us check in the room in advance so I could relax in my room.

Breakfast and good coffee are reasonably priced. Beds are very comfortable and new, car park pleasant. WiFi strong.

I am a swimmer and the pool was too small for my taste. Would have been nicer in the rooftop than so hidden.

Very clean, new and comfortable. Staff were all very helpful and kind. Room was spacious with everything needed. Working area with a sofa table and chairs by the desk to relax. Kitchen, fridge and as a plus we had a washing machine in our kitchen area which was very convenient. Small balcony with a chair and table to relax and space to hang clothes. Shops and local bars nearby. (Avoid the Cuban Habana, no price list and rip off) the rest normal priced and a continent 7-11 just down the road with basics. Good choice to indeed.

staffs amazing, food excellent and lots of different food .The Chef and his staff were the best . you ask what you want and he will deliver, Room clean by SA on the 8 floor Very nice lady. alwaystook her shoes off when she came in. She took care of us with special gifts.Bed and sheets was comfy. . we asked for an extra chair for the balcony and it was deliver in 2 minutes Beautiful gym with AC also cooler water to refill, Beautiful Sauna and bathroom at the pool and very clean. We used the stairs often and never saw dirty stairs. I will give a 5 stars and I diffently coming back .

everything was good except I would change the happy hour at the pool starting at 2 pm. not at 4pm and adf more chair at the pool.

Such a great motel, fantastic staff, very polite and helpful. Extended my stay twice as I loved it so much. Comfortable bed, very clean (daily cleaning) even when I went out late in the day. Nice facilities, hot water, bath, nice cold quiet air conditioner, good food in motel, close enough to everything and easy access via grab for anything a bit further. Highly recommend and will definitely be staying there again.

Was on the 6th floor, was some industrial noise (but that is just work on nearby motel getting renovated) some loud vehicles, but all of these things can’t be controlled by motel. So didn’t retract from the overall experience.

The hotel interior is aesthetically designed. Friendly and helpful staff. They were very nice and upgraded my room. I had to extend one more night and receptionist(s) made me stay in the same room w/o extra fee. Breakfast buffet was really good and affordable. The bed was very comfortable and clean.

The pool area needs improvement. Hotel towels need replacement as they look worn out (old). Limited access to smart tv apps. They only allow YouTube which was inconvenient to use because you have to log in every time you change to regular channel. The price is quite too high considering the location (inconvenient to access) and not much amenities to enjoy.

Near everything, but just far enough away to be really peaceful!! Room fantastic, new washing machine, great little kitchen area ( never used) tv, YouTube, Netflix, all English movies, channel no 2 on tv is hotel movies, all latest blockbusters free!!! Bathroom a bit dated but really clean, fresh and a bathtub ! Rain shower and wall shower excellent, constant hot water supply! Free WiFi in room!! Really comfortable king size bed, pillows etc all really good!! Aircon a must and working perfectly, in fact they give you a seperate card upon arrival purely to leave in electric supply so aircon stays on all day! Bonus!! Balcony a bit small, but adequate for sitting, people watching and drying clothes etc!!
