I being coming to amari for years great staff and rooms are better then most in Pattaya

Not so much didn’t like this time my washer machine was broken BUT the hotel sorted all my laundry out which was good of them And as always I always moan about the gym needs more upgrade but if that’s all I can complain about in a big hotel like this then that’s good and I keep coming back so they must do something right for us to keep going back 👍

The room was very large corner suite with a balcony. The interior design was contemporary and the suite was fitted with every amenity one could want. It had a large kitchen unit with washing machine. This was not just a room - it was an apartment!

There was nothing that I didnt like about the property, It would be very hard to find a better property for the same price with the same facilities.

I like a lot all these things : - Very competent and friendly staff - Great room, large and very clean - Really good breakfast, incredible value for money - Great swimming pool

The fitness room was correctly equiped but with insufficient air conditionning and A/C wasn't working when nobody was inside the room. You had to put A/C on when you entered the room. So every morning, the fitness room temperature was 37°C. After 1 hour with A/C at full power it was still 32°C. Still too hot to do cardio training in my opinion! I didn't like the rude Indian people who shouted, belched loudly and spoke very loudly during breakfast despite the welcome admonitions from the wait staff. So it wasn't the staff's fault...

I have stayed at this property on a number of occasions and will return again. Very friendly and helpful staff, always smiling and willing to offer advice and assistance, they spoke English far better than my Thai. Fantastic private rooftop pool with plenty of sunbeds. Excellent location with nearby restaurants and 7 eleven shops. Big c extra with food mall a very short bike taxi ride away. Close enough and easy to access the nightlife but away from the crowds and bedlam. A tidy gym with sufficient equipment for a holiday work out, but due to it's location on the top floor it's always very warm despite the air con being fully on. Very comfortable beds, good choice of programs on the tv, Amazon and Netflix available. Lots of space in the suites, living room with kitchen, bedroom and separate bathroom. Powerful shower with plenty of hot water. Room service with plenty of variety of food available.

Not a lot to criticize, perhaps more choice of Western food for the buffet breakfast. The cable on the multigym is very old and needs replacing.

Design, decoration and space were great. Location was very good too. Staff were hospitable! Very good breakfast variety too.

The shower floor is poorly constructed so the water doesn’t flow into the drainage. So each I shower, I’m standing in a pool of water. I stayed in 2 different suites with same problem. That’s not acceptable.

The staff was understanding, the location was good, the cleaning was good

The beds are very uncomfortable and need to be renewed, and the room service is inadequate.

I had room 802, very big 1 bedroom apartment with everything you need for an enjoyable and relaxing stay. The Gym and pool are good and rarely busy in my experience. Great people on the front desk

Not the Hotels fault but rude, loud, ignorant and arrogant ISC customers.

Everything was great.... Its a condo block next to the nova suites hotel... So any problems u have their reception to call apon.... Separate bedroom wid tv.... Living space is good with all the amenities u need.... Everything work.... Bed very comfy... I love this place.... Cleaning included

Sometimes shower not hot.... But defo not a problem just minor inconvenience.....

Location perfect for exploring surrounding areas Staff friendly engaging and helpful Accommodation was comfortable and clean

There could have been more cooking utensils and cutlery provided. Otherwise nothing to complain about

Big room/suite with kitchenette with two balconies. Nice bathroom with a walk in shower. New clean towels every day. Breakfast was good. Had what you can expect. The pool was ok. Comfortable chairs by the pool. Free wifi was good.

The A/C was a bit noisy even when the fan was in low mode. The view from the balcony was not much to have. The tv had mostly local channels and the quality was not the best one.
