I have stayed here a long time ago. The staff and facilities as always are fantastic and very welcoming. Great location for night life and very well situated

The other guests in the hotel have changed in the last 10 years. It seems the new type of guest are very rude and disrespectful which is a shame for the staff and other guests.

Location was great. Room was nice and the staff where great.

Little older than the picture and my shower was not draining properly. The main clientele is Indian witch is not a problem in it's self but they come and go in very large group that are very loud.

The room was a good size and generally quiet. The bed was comfortable and sufficient storage space. The Pool with swim up bar was a novel experience.

I had a rattling noise in the AirCon and small ants blazed a trail where the edge of my desk meets the wall. However, both these problems were fixed after I mentioned them to Reception. Some guests showed no consideration for others when using the pool. Shouting and making noise.

The staff is so incredible friendly, especially Argon and the girls from the restaurant. They are so helpfull and really try hard to give you the best stay. I miss them already!

Some Indian tourist really need to learn some respect. Especially to the girls from the restaurant! Some times it made me a little mad and I wanted to say something myself about it!

I stay at this hotel every time I’m in Pattaya as I am always welcomed by everyone I have known down the years so I don’t really have anything bad to say about the place

The staff are amazing, very mannerly, friendly, humble, and always smiling and willing to help. The room service staff are excellent, and the rooms were cleaned immaculately, I have stayed at many Centara's around thailand, and Pattaya Centara is no different, a fantastic hotel chain, the staff are always a credit to the Centara hotel group!!

The Centara is literally a five minute walk from the beach. The hotel is clean and comfortable, and the staff are excellent. There is a pool, a pool bar, and they have a breakfast buffet. We didn't utilize the pool or the breakfast buffet because we went to the ocean, and we ate breakfast at the beach.

There weren't any major issues with this hotel. It's not a five star hotel, but it is a nice place to stay, and we paid $54/night USD. I'd stay there again because of it's cleanliness and close proximity to the beach.

I have been Centara Pattaya hotel loyal customer since 2015. Every time I visit Pattaya, I only book my accommodation here and do not even look around. Very safe and clean hotel. Great spacious room, awesome A/C, name it. It is value for money and is in a great location.

Exceptionally this visit had a minor downside. It took more than expected to check in and concierge was not available for 10 minutes to keep my luggage (since I arrived earlier than expected and had to wait until my room is ready.
