Location is great, just off the main city square. Breakfast is very good with many options for everyone. We had a studio apartment for 3 persons and a dog - good sized two bedrooms, hall and a bathroom, comfortable space.

First of all hidden costs, which don't appear when making a reservation at booking.com . There are fixed fees for pets and parking but one doesn't see it while booking although it is a hotel policy and should be presented online, not after reservation. There was no small fridge in the studio apartment.

Walking distance ( less than 1 minute ) from city centre, very nice lady at the reception desk, very quite, received the bigger room that I paid for, I didn't have to pay for late check-out, beds are so comfy...

The only disadventage was a little to small shower cabin. It would also be nice to have a little fridge in a room.

Terrific location in the center of the town. You have great personal space, delicious breakfast and coffee. And most important, girls who are at the reception desk just the godsends- helpful, friendly, efficient and professional. Best staff ever 😀❤️

Everything is perfect owing to all the staff

Location - in the centre of small city. Staff - they were wery friendly. Flexibility - there has been some issues with their booking system, they suggested several other options fromtheir side. Also it is possible to use microwave and fridge on the side, take out water and coffee to room. Breakfast - simple and tasty with a lot of vegetables.

It was really hot day when we have been staying in the hotel - we got the room in the upper floor. It was really hot and fan dod not help at all :(

Very large room, we also had an extension (saloon) with windows on three sides and lounge chairs, a great place to relax. An old building converted into a hotel so nice interiors. Great breakfast. Excellent value for money!

Air conditioning would be useful as on hot days and nights even the fan and the windows open may not be enough.

Hotel was nice and staff were very friendly. Would stay there again. Breakfast costs 29zl per day if you don’t purchase it with the room. Stayed on the 4th floor but had a lift! ( more for 1 person with bags or 2 people without bags)

There was dust in the room and bathroom. Shower ( hot water ) didn’t work 3 times during our stay but that was due to some fault ,apart from that the shower pressure was good.

The location is fantastic and you step out almost onto the main square, the room was compact, but fine for me and I had a desk - and the breakfast buffet was excellent.

The staff were helpful, not overly friendly when first arrived so felt that could be improved.

Great location, great breakfast/variety, parking on-site, as others have mentioned the 24/7 availability of coffee, tea, and water was really nice. Common areas of the hotel were well maintained and clean. Bed was comfortable. All in all a good stay

Can be a bit noisy in the street front rooms. Room was clean but some dust in the corners, along the edges.

Great hotel with amazing location, on-site controlled parking, free coffee/tea/water and extremely friendly staff!! We loved our time in this city and this hotel. Highly recommended 👌

Amazing value for money. Wonderful breakfast. Very central.

The rooms are very basic , however good value for money. Also, parking should be free for guests all year round, not only in the low season.
