We loved our stay here, the grounds are beautiful and staff are very friendly. The rooms are really nice and spacious, clean and comfortable. Our water and coffee pods were refilled daily which was great. My favourite part was the convenience store just next to the lobby! It was so handy, we went twice a day to get snacks or supplies. The rooftop bar/pool is adults only and the pool is heated, it was such a nice place to chill in the afternoon.

Our aircon wasn't working throughout the trip, there is a panel on the wall that you can "control" the temperature, but it was perpetually stuck on 26 degrees celsius which was too warm for us, especially at night (and it didn't feel or sound like there was any air coming out of the vents), so we had the doors open. We rang the reception about this and although they sent someone up to initially look, that guy said we would receive a call from the manager and we never did.

Stayed with a 2 year old, and had a nice spacious room with two double beds, and a separate sitting area to enjoy once he was in bed. Hotel is nice, good outdoor/indoor swimming pool for children. Bathroom has nice complimentary toiletries and everything felt very clean. We were upgraded on arrival to a pool view room which had nice views of the grounds. A few of the rooms have balconies looking out directly on a car park so watch out for this when booking.

We didn’t eat at any of the restaurants (including for breakfast) as they seemed relatively expensive. There are lots of other more reasonably priced options close to the hotel to enjoy (easily accessible with car, more tricky on foot as hotel accessed up a long drive).

The entrance of the hotel is amazing, and luckily it wasn't just a pretty facade; the rest of the hotel was as amazing. The room was extremely spacious, bed is comfortable and housekeeping did a fantastic job cleaning the room every day. There is a 24/7 convenient store next to the hotel entrance, so good for snacks during the day. Did not regret booking this hotel! Wish we could go back and enjoy the rooftop pool!

The prices of food and drinks in the various dining/bar locations of the hotel were quite expensive.

The rooms were spacious and luxury. Nice to watch on your own Netflix account. Nice facilities. Good massage

What bothered me that nowhere prices are displayed in the restaurants. We learned a lesson after we used the buffet with 3 persons and only the buffet was € 255,- for the three of us. Clearly overpriced if you look at the quality of the food. Capuccino in the bar was € 10,- and a fruit platter € 20,-. Luckily we had a wine promotion: Chablis for €27,- per bottle is a good catch. Conclusion: really good to relax, luxurury rooms and facilities, but bar and restaurant are clearly overpriced

I recently stayed at this hotel with my family to celebrate my mom’s 70th birthday, and despite a rocky start, it turned out to be an exceptional experience. Traveling with two kids and my parents, I was looking for a seamless stay, and the hotel delivered on almost every front. At arrival, we encountered a booking issue due to a miscommunication between the hotel and a booking platform (not hotel’s fault), This was disappointing initially, but I have to commend the staff for how professionally and empathetically they handled the situation. Their politeness and understanding turned what could have been a stressful moment into a manageable one, and they made us feel valued as guests. Once settled, everything else exceeded our expectations. The facilities were impeccable, and the pool was a highlight. Even in freezing temperatures, the pool was comfortably warm, which was a wonderful surprise and a big hit with the whole family. Having stayed at several five-star hotels, including Marina Bay Sands, I can confidently say this hotel was the best. The attention to detail, excellent service, and overall experience made our special occasion even more memorable. I highly recommend this hotel and would love to visit again in the future

If there are more equipments in the fitness centre…

Great hotel, beautifully clean and efficient. Plenty of space and the pools were great. Some nice restaurants within 15-20 minute walking distance too, as well as a great beach in 20-25 mins walking.

Bizarre that there is no free seating at the rooftop pool, particularly when the pool is busy, all seats are free and everyone has left their items on the floor. Buffet restaurant is also far too expensive at c£75 a head for dinner.

It was a great pleasure to stay in my favorite hotel brand, Josun with my future husband who manages a hotel with me in France. This stay reminded me of great memories in Josun hotels and gave us lots of inspiration for our hotel management. The room was spacious, calm and very clean. We appreciate a great job of the housekeeping team. All the staff was extremely kind and very attentive. A special thanks to Ms. Hyemin Kim at the front desk.

We couldn't try the breakfast buffet even if we were pretty interested in, cause we are a vegetarian & vegan couple and couldn't get a clear information of the range of vegetarian foods of the buffet in advance. (Ex. Soymilk or the variety of hot dishes etc.). The other 5 star hotel let us take a look in advance in order to make a decision.

The room is very big - lots of space. The area feels private. However you definitely need a car to get to this hotel. Presence of a laundry room is appreciated. Tried the breakfast buffet once - also very good if you're a big eater as there's a big variety.

I thought we'd have a garden view but our view was the parking lot. That dampened the experience. It's not very pleasant to walk outside at night, not because it didn't feel safe, but because there are not enough street lights --- it's probably not the fault of the hotel.

Our stay in Grand Josun we very pleasant. The hotel is nicely located on the hill, so expect some walking. The coast and the beach are around 20-25 minutes walk. The staff was very friendly, continuously offering help. The breakfast was very good, although can be a bit crowded in rush hours. The pool, hot spring and sauna are available with no limits. The pool could be deeper though. There is Nice to CU shop opened long hours at the hotel.

Roof top swimming pool was not available. Not so many options for lunch or dinners, but there are few nice restaurants close to the hotel which we decided to test.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Very clean and well-kept hotel and grounds. The food available at the hotel was very good too. The facilities were really good with an adult rooftop pool and a sauna/baths room.

Although the food was excellent, I think the Aria buffet was a little bit overpriced. There was also a cost for the sun loungers at the pool.
