Friendly welcome and good restaurant.

Loud sound of TV in bar when nobody was watching was an irritating intrusion to our dining experience. A lack of thought. Fortunately our meal was first class.

The Hotel is located in a 17C monastery where the dining area is its cloister. It’s in a quiet location and the food is good and the staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. Our room was great and we had a balcony wth a lovely view of the adjoining church which is directly accessible from the cloister. Parking at the facility is generally available.

Getting there can be a bit tricky as the access roads are narrow and windy. An oversized vehicle is not recommended. However the view on top of a hill is well worth the effort!

This is a great place to stay overnight in Saluzzo, it is located inside a medieval cloister, and it is therefore a very special place. The room was very comfortable, its A/C was a life saver. It was also very quiet, which is important to me. The hotel's interior has an austere look. The staff was very helpful and kind.

Probably the breakfast buffet, which is very good by the way, could be expanded a little bit.

Amazing reuse of an old convent that retained as much of the history as possible. Nice large room with a neat design and wonderful bathroom! Excellent breakfast and coffee in an amazing cellar!

The windows and refrigerator in our room didn’t function at all. We had dinner one night in the hotel restaurant and it wasn’t too great. The lights were way too bright, the wine was very expensive for Italy and worst of all the food simply wasn’t good.

Everything. The staff, property, location and breakfast was fantastic. The gentleman on reception waited as we were late, showed us where to park as we had left our car nearby and was so helpful through out the stay. I have stayed in hotels across N Italy over the last 25 years and this one is the most memorable.

The location is great, and the hotel has lots of character The room was comfortable, although the portable air conditioner was not really capable of dealing with the exceptionally hot weather (European heatwave). The service was excellent and the staff friendly and welcoming. The breakfast is outstanding.

Sadly, the hotel's own restaurant was closed. However, we were recommended a nearby restaurant which was excellent. The in-room safe is too small for even a normal-sized tablet computer.

Terrific location, both in terms of the quaint medical town, the location inside the old town, as well as the building itself. Terrific. Everything is clean, everything is working, all very good

When I arrived, it started with a quarrel as there was no parking available at the property (in the courtyard) but I could park on the street. After a manager got involved, it became clear the receptionist could simply move her car which was parked in the guest spaces and I could park in the courtyard. So the argument was completely needless.

Everything was perfect! The location, the building so curated and clean felt like traveling back to the antique Saluzzo (with a modern bathroom, extra points!). The breakfast was fantastic, the view from the room in the sunny morning and the access to the terrace was dreamy. Finally the staff also very nice, I'm definitely recommending and hoping to return!

The restaurant was closed for the season, I'd loved to taste some delicacies.

It was a beautiful old monastery with many original features still apparent. Lovely views. Staff friendly

The description on booking was in accurate. I booked a junior suite for my friends as a surprise. It says there is a hot tub in the room and wine/champagne for guests. Neither was true which was very disappointing. My superior double room had no kettle but the other room did.

It is a very special spot and the room we had was large with great views. The building is beautiful and being in the old monastery makes it unique. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great.
