Parking lot was clean and well maintained. Loved walking into the lobby with the Fall decor, beautiful & homey. The staff were super friendly and informative. Absolutely adored all the art work throughout the hotel. Room was spotless, loved the bottles of water in the room, used for in room coffee in the morning. Couch & coffee table were awesome to sit at. Room had everything a person needs. Hot water with great pressure. Beds were comfortable. I spent 2 weeks on the road, Red River was the BEST hotel I stayed in. Only negative I could say, No lids for the to-go coffee cups. 😊 5 ***** Hotel.

The property is new and very well kept. Easy access. The staff were ALL friendly and spoke English. We have stayed in hotels where it was hard to communicate with the staff, so this was very nice. The pool was clean and without asking when the desk clerk saw we were going in, turned the spa on for us to warm it up. The bed was comfortable too. The morning breakfast was very good. We will definitely be staying here again on our next trip to Colorado.

Hotel was very clean and nice. The rooms were large. Employee at the front desk during check-in was very helpful.

At breakfast in the morning the front desk employee was sitting in the breakfast area monitoring everything the guests did. She made a face and a sound when I filled my tumbler with coffee. She was also on the phone arguing with someone and repeatedly yelled Shut Up! One of the guests had a beautiful dog with her and walked into the breakfast area to get a cup of coffee on her way out the door. The employee yelled across the room that dogs weren't allowed in the breakfast area forcing the woman to take her dog to the car and return for her coffee. Very rude.

I liked the waffle and the bacon and the apple juice.@ A manager was blowing off the driveway, making it very neat and tidy. The lady checking us in was extremely cordial and efficient.

Loud trucks going by( it’s right on the highway). Someone’s car alarm kept going off during the night, then it would go off again, and again. We looked out the window, but saw no one. This is not the hotel’s fault! But annoying.

Breakfast was wonderful and the lady who fixed the breakfast was very nice and helpful and made sure we had everything we wanted. We enjoyed the books and my granddaughter loved getting a bedtime story. The pool was nice and I appreciated that I got to bring my grandchildren to swim and visit with them in the area.

lol! The weather, we came for Easter but it was raining and cold. Thank goodness I got to visit with my family in the hotel.

This is my third time staying at Red River Inn as it is one of the most convenient and welcoming motels for travelers with pets. The rooms are always clean, and it is easy to take my dog out for much needed breaks after a long day of driving.

There is a gap between the door and the floor. My dog always reacts to activity outside the door. I now bring a travel blanket inside to use to block the gap and dampen the noise from the corridor.

What a wonderful staff you have when we checked in March 21 the young man at the desk was wonderful then when we ate breakfast, everyone and there was fabulous behind the desk was fabulous and the rooms and food were wonderful so you’re doing a good job you’re hiring the right people

The room was large, very nice with a confertable couch and office chair. the room lighting could have been better.

The room was for someone with disabilities and a shower with grab rails would have been better that a tub with one grab rail that was not strategically located.

After a very long drive the front desk reception at 1015pm was bubbly and polite. She had a ready smile and took care of 3 customers quickly and efficiently. Our beds and pillows were as comfortable as those we have at home Also had an unexpected hot breakfast early.

There was nothing thing I would change about this facility
