The waffles were pretty good, the lady working in the kitchen showed me how to make them. She was very helpful and friendly.

Everything was good, I had no problems or complaints.

The overall room setup, as described. Good size TV for viewing and liked the free Premium channels. We viewed some good movies not seen before.

The elevator was a little SLOW on movement ... luckily we were only on the 2nd floor.

Breakfast was ok. TheNight Desk Clerk for our arrival was excellent. Our only problem was that I requested a room cleaning from one of the other clerks, and it did not happen. Other than that, things were fine.

The front desk clerk was very helpful and apologetic about the misleading as concerning the jacuzzi suite.

Unfortunately, we booked a room with a jacuzzi tub. Once there, we discovered there were no rooms that had jacuzzi tubs. (False advertisement). We were asked to move over to the Best Western Plus, which was a cheaper motel, but was charged the price of staying at Hampton Inn. At BWP, the jacuzzi tub didn’t work and we had to move to another room at around 11 pm. Maybe you could help in this matter.

building is getting old bathroom shower needs resurfacing. Brown spot on tub.

Rooms were very clean and the hotel was.

pillows to soft. there was not waffles or juice on the second day.

We had great people helping us and a comfortable place to stay.

It was a bit far to get anywhere but I believe that just how the state is
