I loved everything about the property. Just had a bad deal with Booking.com that took out money from the wrong bank card and totally messed up my outgoing payments for crucial things that have now messed me up.

Booking.com I will probably never book with them again. I do, however, plan on coming back to the best place in mount olive on a yearly basis, booking directly with Sleep Inn & Suites without a third party.

The room was definitely quiet (YAY!) Accommodations were roomy and convenient to access. Check-in and Check-out was a breeze. Super clean beds, floor, and bathroom which is my main gratitude point.

A lighted pool area open later for us night owls would have been a bonus as we had activities that kept us out late...so the kiddos missed the opportunity to take a swim. Breakfast that offered KETO options would be appreciated. Not everyone can eat waffles, but my kids liked those. I am seeing a trend toward offerings of eggs (even boiled would be ok) and bacon/sausage and cheese platters at some hotels which I LOVE. As it were, I had to forego breakfast and buy it elsewhere which deters from the value of the price point. Beds were a bit firm but that seems to be a norm for most hotels I stay at. Just a thought, it may be nice to have some rooms with the option of a softer mattress that could be arranged at booking =) if you ever switch beds out for new.

Breakfast not as good as I remember the first stay, but it's a nice item to have available; love 24 hour coffee available. Very clean, staff is wonderful. Parking and location were great. Will stay again if my daughter attends college there

pillows were really small and odd-would prefer a 'regular' pillow

This was a very nice facility, staff was wonderful. The “complimentary breakfast” can be done away with, save the money and lower the room rates. The food is rarely edible and in my opinion it’s a waste of time, food and money. Could be better utilized elsewhere.

I thought the breakfast and location were very good

This was my second time staying in Mt. Olive. The first time I stayed I requested an accessible room, and I was placed in a room with a walk-in shower. For my most recent stay, I requested an accessible room, but I was placed in a room with a shower in the bathtub. I was traveling with a family member who has difficulty stepping into a bathtub. That was the only downside to my stay.

It was VERY clean. Staff were friendly especially the breakfast attendant. Lots of breakfast options for a continental breakfast.

The light switches in our room were broken. They worked ok. This wouldn't stop me from staying there again, but they need attention. The screen in our room was torn most likely from the tree outside. Again, I'd stay it just needs attention. The pillows were flat, but that comes with personal preference. The issues with the hotel would not stop me from staying here in the future.

The breakfast was excellent. The area is large and very clean. The variety of food was more than expected. The beds were comfortable and it was very quiet. I would definitely stay here again.

There was a slight odor in the room when we first went in but after opening the window for a while it went away and we didn’t notice it any more.

Comfortable bed and linens, blackout curtains, lots of pillows, generous room, air conditioning worked very well, good water pressure in the shower Mary in the breakfast room was so kind and friendly and helpful. She is very special ❤️

Toilet was very low for me I missed bacon at breakfast

The place was clean, quiet & beautiful. The staff was very friendly. The price was unbelievable. The room was well-maintained.

Not much. The tv channel selection wasn't great. The business chair was quite loose. If you sat back too quickly, you'd flip out backwards.

Good location. Large room. Pleasant staff.

Need to go back to good hot breakfast. Need sausage or bacon, gravy, biscuits and grits. Not instant grits. Not packaged biscuits. All the other hotels have returned to a good egg breakfast. Sheets need to fit the beds.
