I like the way the room was and how neat everything was. The bathroom area was not bad except for the tub situation.

I didn't like the water was brown when I opened it to shower. Then it turned clear. I didn't like that housekeeping left early so I couldn't get an extra blanket which was much needed.

The location of the hotel was great, not far from the places I had to go. Great location. The staff was very friendly and if we needed something, they were there to accommodate us. The breakfast Buffett was great and their was plenty of food.

The only complaint was the coffee machine needs upgrade.

Staff was very congenial and nice. The self serve breakfast was well done and cooks were very on top of things. We were impressed enough we left them a tip

Rooms a little dated

The staff was very nice and polite. They had no issues replacing stuff when I asked for replacements. The beds were nicely set. The mini fridge and microwave was nice. The room was clean most of the way but bathroom was not.

When I got to my room it wasn't clean. There was a long black hair on the wall. There was also hair stuck in one of my towels. The lights for the bathroom were all off kelter (not straight). The handle on the inside of the closet was held on by sticky tape. The mirror on the wall was loose. There was hair here and there in the tub. Fan didn't work in the bathroom. Pretty sure there may be bare min. Mildew growing in shower under the crevices where there are crevices. AC would randomly turn up on its own during the day. I'd walk in and my floor would feel damp and the room was humid and warm. Alarm clock was broken. Phone didn't work. Drawer would stick in center bedside table. Unsure if nose tissues were new or not.

I liked the cleanliness and the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was a clean and bed was comfortable.

The price was a little high for me. The hallways smelled like weed. That's not a good thing seems unpleasant.

It was comfortable and the staff was very helpful and its within distance of shopping gas and food I loved that and it's all walking distance .

I put out towels and never got any back...asked for the room payment to be on a certain card and it was put on the wrong one which caused a problem...

Room was clean and the bed was so soft and comfortable. They are dog friendly too! Easy access to highway 70, close to restaurants and shopping.

Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good as it had plant based options.. Cereal and almond milk. Location was pretty good too, with a Walmart and some restaurants right beside.

Could be cleaner. Room not very quiet.

Very clean, breakfast was great, staff was very friendly and helpful.

I had to remind housekeeping to supply my towels and bed linens. They were all nice about it.

Loved the friendly staff upon check in. Also beds were comfortable and loved the huge hot tub in the room.

Location of surrounding area seemed runner down but no fault to hotel. Hotel was great.
