I liked that the location of this hotel is very convenient for Seymour Johnson AFB as well as Walmart if you forget anything. I also experienced a quick check in and check out. In addition, every staff member that I encountered was very pleasant. However, the woman who tends to the breakfast area was exceptionally nice and helpful. For the value, my room was like a miniature apartment. I appreciated the desk as well as the mini table top which allowed me to sit on the couch and do work on my laptop. I enjoyed the breakfast, the selection was small but everything was good. I liked the oatmeal bar which had tons of options for toppings.

The hotel itself was well kept and clean, however my room had some issues. First, there was hair left in the bathroom, as well as there was hair left all over the desk. I did not appreciate that. Other than this I enjoyed my stay. In addition I have one recommendation, (unless I missed where it was at) adding a pitcher or two of water near the breakfast area would be great!

Max, one of the front desk employees was AMAZING! So warm, and welcoming. The establishment, overall, could be great, but it’s the staff that really makes/ breaks an experience. Max was the part of this stay that ensured I will be back to stay at this hotel, whenever I make my next trip to Goldsboro. He went above and beyond to ensure my husband and I had everything we needed and were comfortable throughout our stay.

I loved everything about this place was my second time staying there I stayed there round thanksgiving in 2022 and this year for my birthday the staff and everyone was amazing

I didn't like the fact that we had to wait awhile for someone to come the door would not open the lanch in the inside ended up opening some kind of way and we couldn't get in the room but the staff kept coming and everything trying her best to do it until the maintenance man came other then that no issues

Breakfast was decent, and 24 hour coffee is always appreciated.

Our TV was not functioning properly and there wasn't a way to fix it via the remote. It basically needed to be trashed by the hotel.

The property was located right off of the highway. which was very convenient. The room was ready and clean. Everything was top class and comfortable. The atmosphere was pleasantly quiet while sleeping, and The bitch was comfortable. Our overall Steve absolutely anything

There is nothing that I did not like about the property Was Convenient Highway, Property was clean, the south Australia and the continental breakfast was delicious. Everything was amazing

The staff was very nice and friendly. The coffee is very good.

The breakfast was horrible, inedible, really. On day two my room was never refreshed. I could have used some fresh towels and the bed could have been made. Trash can was full.

Staff was nice. The suite had a fridge, so it was easy to keep drinks and food cold. Really comfortable bed and sofa. Pet friendly.

Extra cost for ‘insurance’ took a week to get back into the account. I think these prices should be factored into the cost at the time of booking.
