Everything! We,ve always stayed at a Hampton by Hilton and were never disappointed till this time. So we switched to Homewood suites after one night. Yes, it was that bad. OK, this place. OK, this was new. But still, it all started at the door. Super friendly staff. As all by Hilton, Breakfast always great. Very Clean. Close to a Walmart Grocery store? In California, we do not have just a Walmart grocery store that stands alone. Gas nearby. All staff was amazing and friendly, Thank you Homewood.

What? OK Humidty outside. But I looked for an outside thermostat. LOL

Location was perfect for our holiday visits with family. Originally, planned to stay two evenings but extended to four. The entire staff was so customer focused. It has been a very long time since I have met this level of friendly customer service. Great job of hiring and training.

We liked everything. This location is what, about 2 months old? Nit pick: The ice machine needs to be colder in other to not produce “wet” ice that fuses together in minutes even when stored in refrigerator’s freezer compartment. A table top list of TV stations would be helpful.

Check in and out was easy and staff was very knowledgeable about the area. We like to eat where the locals like to eat and the staff gave fabulous recommendations. Speaking of eating...the breakfast provided by the hotel offered a good variety and was tasty! Everyone was very friendly! We will stay again the next time we are in the area!

The spaciousness of the room and the welcoming staff.

The toilet was quite low, and breakfast options like carnitas, boiled potatoes, sour cream, jalapeños, and salsa are not typical for breakfast.

The location was accessible for me and the room was accessible for my motor scooter. Each appliance was clean, and the bed and other furnishings were as well.

There was no wall mounted seat for showering.

The staff was amazing!! Leah and Joshua were so helpful I wasn’t from the area and they were accommodating and encouraging the entire stay!

Loved the look, staff, cleanliness, and the room.

To be such a nice place looks like they could have got better beds. Our bed was pretty stiff. That is our only complaint.

Breakfast was great night a lot of nice options the location was great

I disliked about the setup for the Wi-Fi connection. I wasn’t able to do so.

Homewood Suites on Wayne Memorial Drive is a convenient location for the events we were attending. It more than met our expectations.
