We arrived very late, but the hotel was very helpful and re-assured us that the room would still be available. Everyone was super friendly, check-in procedure was easy, parking was easy to find next to the hotel. It's not the fanciest room, but you don't pay for a fancy room either, but you do get attention of people who care about you and who make the most of what they have. I'd definitely come back.

Breakfast is served in portions. You can ask for more, but personally I prefer a buffet. It's no deal breaker and I understand it helps them to offer better food with less waste - so it's not actually a negative maybe.

Friendly staff and very welcoming! Easy location to walk to town / restaurants We stayed here and went daily to go skiing at Risoul, which is great. Very clean rooms, and comfortable! Deliciously breakfast and amazing coffee! Would definately recommend and stay here again.

This is a charming hotel easy walk to the center. The Chalets are a great deal for 2 couples, one room is tiny but the price is right and the living area is really nice. Also nice that the shower and toilet are in separate rooms so great again for 2 couples. Staff was really helpful storing bags during our trek and arranging transfers to the train station.

Not the fault of this hotel but if you are coming by train, arrange a taxi in advance. They are not readily available and even with a days notice we couldn't get one, but the staff explained the bus and it worked great.

This is advertised as only a 2* hotel but we think it should be higher. A great welcome from the lady on the front desk who showed us where to park our motorbike at the rear of the hotel (under cover parking). The hotel was spotlessly clean. There is an indoor swimming pool. Our room was spacious and very, very clean; it had a balcony with table and chairs too. The hotel is a short walk from the centre of town where there are plenty of places to eat and bars. Unfortunately I had to pay a visit to the local doctor whilst we stayed here for one night and I was late for the check-out time. The hotel staff were very helpful and concerned about me and they made it easy for us to remain in the hotel until I returned from the doctor.

Helpful reception staff, comfortable room with pleasant garden view. Quiet neighbourhood. Town very accessible from hotel. Receptionist recommended an excellent restaurant for our evening meal and reserved it for us. It was 2 minutes walk away. The breakfast was very good with plenty of choice.

Great stay in Le Catinat Fleuri hotel. We very much appreciated the clean, comfortable room with the added bonus of a balcony overlooking the garden-cum-park behind the hotel. Excellent breakfast served by the friendly staff. We will be back!
