Staff were great. Young lady that checked me in was really sweet. Room was really clean with updated charging stations which was really nice. Pool was good size and towels fully stocked. Breakfast wasn’t great but wasn’t bad either.

Breakfast was ok. I can’t complain about anything honestly.

It was good but for us it’s hard to get up early enough and once there wasn’t much left.

The elevator broke after the 2nd day . We had lots of luggage and my husband made many trips with our luggage, we also had to change rooms after after the 1st night because the TV service malfunction

Breakfast was non-existent: there was no yoghurt, waffles, biscuits, or gravy. The coffee was lukewarm, and the orange juice was empty. This location is very old and dated; it needs a lot of upkeep.

The breakfast was not the best. We were there shortly after it had opened and all the omelettes were gone. They were refilled shortly after we finished. The french toast was a little hard. More selection would've been nice.

The room was awesome! Loved the flooring. The beds were super comfortable.

the breakfast was emptied around 8:30 I understand it closes at 9am but I paid the same rate as a person coming to eat at 7am. there was no yogurt I had to ask for a refill on the waffle batter which staff did bring out. counter was messy and dirty I even wiped it down.

Location was great. Straight drive to downtown main street 1-2 miles away. Bed was comfortable. We ate supper at a nice Mexican restaurant Las Delicias in downtown.

Room was small and oddly shaped but was okay for us.

We we're moving for work, driving an 20' UHaul with a car trailer attachment. This hotel was perfect for this purpose. It was easy on/easy off the highway. There were large parking spots for RVs/trailers that did not require reversing to get in or out of. Also, they allow pets. Very clean and nice overall--a great value!

Great management Mr Khan was very kind, talked about his pioneering family from more than 100 yrs ago, when asked. Newspaper article on the wall for all to read. Good breakfast. Easy on/off near the highway. Modern room. Plenty of parking.

The room doors are heavy enough they don’t close quietly. Traveling with a dog, that’s an issue. “Dog friendly” but no poop stations on the open field.

We arrived very late at night. We were on a long road trip and my daughter was suffering a migraine. Courtney was so nice and helpful. While standing in the lobby I reserved online for the booking.com rate. The reservation did not come in to their system right away. Courtney selected a quiet room near the door pfor us and let us go to the room while she waited for the confirmation and slid the paperwork under the door later. Her thoughtfulness and kindness made all the difference that night. The room was very clean. I felt very well taken care of. The next morning the front desk staff and the hotel manager were also very nice. I highly recommend this hotel and will stay here again the next time we are in Sheridan.
