It was newly remodeled-room was spotless!

We are in our late 70’s, with balance & mobility challenges and our king room was on the second floor, NO ELEVATOR! The receptionist on our arrival had placed us there / I voluntarily said we would accept/swap for a queen on first floor. She very politely said “no, the computer would not let her swap out a Queen room for the same PRE-PAID price. As a company POLICY this was UNACCEPTABLE due to our challenges and stairs! Since we had pre-paid we were stuck! The receptionist did volunteer to help us with our baggage. There was no one to be found at 6:00am to help us bring our baggage down a flight of steep stairs (no landing between floors!)

The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was comfy with lots of pillows. Nice bathtub with lots of hot water. I appreciated having both a microwave and refrigerator in the room. There was coffee, but no tea. Breakfast was very good. There were scrambled eggs, sausage links, and potatoes, as well as a waffle maker, cereals, oatmeal packets, fruit, coffee and tea. There were pastries and bread items. I noticed there was no yogurt, which is one of the things I look for at a motel breakfast. The apple I had was old and mealy, but everything else was great. The lady working in the breakfast area was fantastic, supplying everything and keeping everything clean.

The fruit at breakfast could have been fresher.

Booked our stay for a girls volleyball tournament..everything was wonderful from the moment we checked in until we left...check in was easy and fast...rooms were clean and comfortable ..pool and hot tub were great after a long drive..the gentleman at the front desk( sorry I forgot to get his name) was the best..he was so helpful when we had questions about the area and went out of his way to help us and make sure we enjoyed our stay...he was amazing...thank ypu again for everything...we will for sure book this hotel next year during tournament and every year after .

The property was great and works great for me in the location

The only thing I didn’t really like was I stayed there for 11 days on day 7 I had to ask to get my trash and more towels no one ever came in to clean my room and no one came back in after I asked that one time so don’t really know what was going on there other than that everything was great

The staff was very helpful. The rooms we had gotten were very clean.

There was no elevator for the second floor. When you have a lot of people with their luggage, it makes many trips , when their is an elevator it's takes only 1 trip. If you are older it does do a body good. Thankfully we had our kids with us.

Room was quiet ,clean and the staff was welcoming and followed up on making sure everything was OK. Breakfast was outstanding. Only concern I had was morning sleep interrupted by loud man in next room, seemed to be shouting next to common door, doing business on his phone all night. I got a super nice nap in as soon as I booked into the room. And everything else was so outstanding it was no worries. Slept like a baby until guy next door started up with loud voice. I don't know what you can do to make the common door quieter.

Room was clean. Bed wasn't real comfortable (a little too hard for me), didn't stay for breakfast.

Bathroom could use some updating. Shower was okay, but I wouldn't take a bath in the tub. Some plasterwork was a bit shoddy. We would have liked to sit in the hot tub, but there was dirt and sand on the seating area and bottom. (Pool was nice and clean.)

Nice size room and really comfortable beds. The room was very clean and did have a small fridge with the coffee maker and such. There was a pool and hot tub but we unfortunately were too tired to make use of them. Breakfast was also included.

No elevator made it a little inconvenient to unpack the car but we travel kind of light so not really a big deal.

The breakfast bar attendant spent most of the time talking to the front desk lady. There were several guests who came in to eat and there were no eggs or sausage. Someone had to go get her to refill the hot trays.

The staff wasn’t professional at all. Several stood around the front desk laughing and talking loudly

Staff was friendly and welcoming. Property is convenient to town and the highway.

Pool was ice cold and a bit cloudy. Housekeeping did not come in and empty the garbage for the 3 days we were there.
