Fantastic staff who could not have done any more for us. Restaurant serves close to Michelin star food, breakfast beautiful with an array of items. Very clean hotel. A special, hideaway hotel full of surprises!

Claudio, the proprietor was gracious and accommodating. The hotel was charming and comfortable and in an excellent location in the center of the town.

Found this really nice hotel in a really nice part of Italy (Langhe). The Hotel is inside an old bulding, and he keeps the spirit, but it's really up to date. Spacius room, clean, comfy bed. Really nice Staff, with a superb restaurant! A Must if you are near by!

Staff were lovely, breakfast was exceptional and the room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel was well decorated.

The location in Carru was good. There is free parking in the center of town. You have to ring a telephone number to arrange a time to check in. Breakfast was OK.

The internet was rather limited. The place did appear to be past its best, but was good value for money.

This is NOT A HOTEL !!!! It is a restaurant with rooms. There is absolutely nothing in the room, no water, soap. My sister is 83 and the room was cold, I asked for heating, they don’t put it on until October! In her room she had a kettle and two cups …but nothing else, no tea or coffee. We were told breakfast is 8.30 to 9.30. You must leave your room by 10am. The stairs to breakfast are in a cellar…not good for elderly. I would not recommend this so say…hotel 😱😱😱
