This is a tiny B&B (2 rooms), but at least one of those 'rooms' is really an enormous mini-apartment, with a huge bedroom, large bath, and a lovely living room. Everything is quite atmospheric, thoughtfully provisioned, and beautifully kept. Breakfast was a lavish buffet, that I made only the smallest of dents in—and the owner very graciously boxed up some of the bread, hams, and cheeses as a cestino (box lunch) for the road. Given the Auto Grill alternatives, this was an act of real kindness.

I'll note that once you are in your room, you are on your own here. The owner will be back next morning for breakfast. If you have questions, ask them when you check in.

The accommodation ist sensational, the rooms are exceptionally tastefully decorated and very spacious. The host attentively prepared for us a delicious breakfast and gave us valuable tips for bike tours on the way. We were allowed to park the bikes safely in the garage. The parking place for the car was also very close. Various restaurants are within easy reach. Antico hospitale is a charming address to discover Piemont, we were delighted and will be happy to come again.

When you have a night in Dogliani - there is only one place to stay ( we think…) and it is here. Very charming place and wonderfull rooms. In the center and close to everything. The owner is very helpfull and the breakfast is perfect for us. It was our second time here and we will return for sure.

Our stay at Antico Hospitale was really lovely. The room and the location were equally stunning! We only stayed 1 night so didn't get to experience the village but Andrea's hospitality set us up perfectly for our journey to Nice. Breakfast was lovely, really fresh and it showed that a lot of thought and love was put into the offering. Also, Andrea added a very special touch of a lovely bouquet of flowers for us when we arrived to celebrate our engagement. Such a thoughtful touch!

It would be great to have a small fridge and hot drink making facilities in the room

We stayed at Antico Hospital for a weekend and was extremely pleasant. The room was big, clean, cosy and quite. The host was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast had products of high quality!

Antico Hospitale is a small B&B (two rooms) in a beautiful old building. After a very friendly welcome I went to my room. A very nice room with antique furniture, a view of the cathedral of Dogliani and a small outdoor terrace (lounge area). The bed was very comfortable and the whole room (two floors so) very large. The breakfast in the morning was tasty with both savory and sweet (homemade pies/cakes). I will definitely come back here!

Lovely hosts, very kind and ready to help with any recommendation for the area. The breakfast was exceptional and served in a very beautiful room. The room was huge, clean and very special in terms of decoration. We loved our goodbye gift, which was a bag o cookies. Thank you and will be back soon!
