The room was excellent for our one night in Figeac. We have stayed in the hotel before two years ago and therefore decided to stay there again. What made this trip special was the owner who I think was called houarnev ( forgive me if I have got this wrong ) who could not have been nicer. Storage for our bicycles recommending restaurants and even ordering food for us. He went above and beyond. The rooms we stay in are very much the same but what makes the difference is attention to detail and a desire to please. This is exactly what we look for.
Nothing to dislike

Exceeding well renovated medieval building with a modern interior run and superbly managed by Marion and Houarnev. The environmental credentials instilled by the owners were exceptional (zero use of plastic) along with use of local products. The petit dejeuner was 'simply the best' from choice and the noticeable quality of local produce. Really was exceptional.
Nothing, we were made feel very welcome with Marion and Houarney giving us excellent advice on how to spend our time in Figeac.

Le Quatorze is perfectly located for a stay in Figeac. Our hosts were welcoming, helpful and attentive. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and super-clean. It was possible for our bikes to be stored safely so that we could explore the town on foot. As we were leaving early for the train, we didn’t have the time to enjoy the delicious looking breakfast but were able to have a coffee and croissant to set us up for our journey. Highly recommended!

Convenient location in the city center yet very calm, very nice hosts making you feel as if you were at home. All the guests needs were anticipated (healthy drinks and snacks available, booklet with information in the room, lots of recommendations on restaurants and activities), great breakfast with a lot of local specialities. I really appreciated their care of environment and how they implemented it in the rooms.
Nothing! Everything was spot on!

We were made to feel very welcome during our 3-night stay - nothing was too much trouble for the staff. The garage for the car was just a few metres away, with decent size spaces and was very convenient. The location was great - just a couple of minutes' walk from everything in Figeac. We would love to stay here again one day.
Nothing negative at all.

Lovely small hotel in the centre of the old medieval village of Figeac, which is very beautiful. Nice well appointed room. Excellent breakfasts of local produce. Very generous and helpful manager. Public parking bays just outside the hotel (this is important because parking is scarce in the old part of town).
No air conditioning (part of hotels commitment to sustainability). Not a real problem as windows can be opened, but does mean a little bit of noise with the birds in the morning!

Location, parking available. The owners attention to care of guests inc. cold water on tap in foyer some drinks , microwave , use of plates cutlery and food to order for it. Small garden, ambiance and decor good. Towels, toiletries all good quality, tea and coffee kettle in room. Lift to floors if wanted. Fresh croissant and bread , breakfast good.
Nothing it was great.

Super location in the heart of town. Parking in the garage was easy and trouble free. Our superior room was at the front of the hotel and the owner had ensured it was cool prior to our arrival. I thought this was kind. The breakfast was to a high standard and a good variety of food on offer. Gluten free bread was available too. Overall the hotel had a lovely feel but the host, Marion, made it for me. She spoke good English and went out of her way to look after her guests. She was a delight!
There was no aircon but we didn’t need it when we were there.

Liked the small friendly hotel. Breakfast was beautifully served. WE had no view from our bedroom window, just the roof of a conservatory a wall. However we did not spend much time there as the lovely town was on the doorstep. Secure parking was appreciated.
View from bedroom window could have been more interesting, The photographs on line of the garden make it look much bigger.
