The hostess was attentive and sent us all the entrance instructions and recommendations for dinner before our arrival. The apartment was stylish, clean, tidy and exactly as described. The beds were comfortable, so we had a great night's sleep after a busy day. The main Italian breakfast items (toast, jams, juice and water) were prepared the night before. And in the morning, several cakes, croissants, fruit, a dry breakfast and a coffee machine and kettle for tea were served in the common living room.

During breakfast, it seems that the rule in effect was - whoever is first, is smarter.

This apartment probably has the loveliest patio in Cinisi which would be wonderful to picnic on in warmer weather. The apartment was exceptional clean, has been very nicely decorated, with an excellent shower, and with motion detector lighting on the stairs which was greatly appreciated. Breakfast was very good, and Andrea, the hostess, was extremely gracious and very helpful with restaurant suggestions. This was in February and the heating worked quickly and well.

The mattresses on the beds were too thin to be particularly comfortable. And the bathroom needs at least one shelf for toiletries (eg. toothbrush) and more than one towel holder for wet towels. This property is an excellent value and would merit a 10 with these improvements.

Located within a small alley 5 minutes away from Cinisi's main street and town hall, with a balcony overlooking the very friendly neighbors and towering mountains, you get a real Sicilian experiance. The rooms are renovated around the preserved original high ceilings decorated with arabesques chandeliers and authentic light fixtures and furniture. The owner, Fara Monsu, is an amazing host, which did all she could to make our short stay pleasant, despite non-ideal weather and us being slightly ill.

Apparently the rooms aren't identical, and each room has its advantages and faults. We stayed in Room 2 which was very unique and full of authentic and eclectic furniture, but it really lacked some very elementary accessories to make it practical for longer stays: The toilet is basically in the living room with no seperating wall but only an opaque glass partition two-thirds up, which hardly gives any privacy. There is no closet or even shelves to store anything, not even a wall stand to place the electric kettle or place a toilet paper roll or a toothbrush.

We arrived late at night, and everything worked perfectly. With the code, we got directly into the accommodation, and everything was already prepared. A few snacks and drinks were also available. The next morning, we were greeted by the owner, Farà. During breakfast, we had a wonderful conversation and received tips for Cinisi and the surrounding area. While two rooms were being prepared for the next guests, we were allowed to take a look at them. The room on the top floor with a small pool was particularly impressive. The house is tastefully decorated in a mix of modern elements and vintage furniture. Unfortunately, we were only there for a short stop but still felt very well taken care of and will consider the accommodation again for our next vacation.

The property was clean, spacious and it even had a little outdoor courtyard which was nice. The host Fara was amazing, very communicative and welcoming. I arrived to a mini breakfast in my room and additional breakfast in the dining room which was great to have included. Overall, a very positive experience staying here with a great host :) Would stay there again.

Nothing about the property, but to keep in mind if you are coming from Palermo airport it was a little tricky to find a taxi. The drivers only wanted to go to Palermo. However, Fara was able to arrange me one which was great and a big help :)

I was so impressed with the service from before arriving to the B&B 7grana Farà contacted me and sent me all instructions and then I asked that the morning I was taking a flight to Rome she planned a Taxy to be there to pick me up and most of all I had to return the car rental and fara called the husband Andrea he was so nice to pick me up me up from the car rental and take me to the B&B such a great feeling to know there is such caring people it’s priceless I want to thank them so much I will go back again because of this wonderful family

Loved everything

Beautiful and clean room, super comfortable bed for a great night’s sleep. The woman who works there was so sweet, allowing us to check in early and access breakfast early to reach our flight. Great location only a 10 min drive from the airport! Free parking on the street right next to the property, located in a safe residential area with the main street shops and pizzerias just 2 streets over. Would definitely recommend!

The room was large and comfortable to accommodate easily up to 4 persons. It's a perfect place for an overnight stay before catching a flight. Breakfast was inclusive and it's very convenient as the kitchen was equipped with snacks, coffee, yoghurt, milk and all the utensils. A short walk, you have a cafe that opens during siesta time which is perfect. After 1pm most of the cafes, restaurants around the area are closed and reopens for dinner.

Vey nice accommodations, especially the room with the pool. Very good communications with the owners. Andrea was particularly helpful to fellow travelers who, upon arrival, sadly learned their reservation had been canceled by booking.com. The owner went out of his way to find them a room at a nearby B&B. I thoroughly recommend Settegrana for your stay. Easy to find. Good parking. Stores and restaurants within easy walking distance. A ten-star experience. Mille gracie.

We stayed here as it’s so close to Palermo airport and we had a very early fight the next morning. It was perfect for this. There is a beautiful communal dining area with cakes, a lovely kitchen with facilities to help yourself, a fridge with snacks and drinks, tea/coffee machine. There isn’t a lot around via walking distance especially in the heat, we walked to a beautiful seafood restaurant for lunch as recommended by the host. Overall perfect for what we wanted.
