The place over all was a good place. Bed was confortable and the pool area is big. Food was algo good and staff was very polite.

The towls and bed sheets where very old. I think maybe they could have had a little bit more options for the buffet menu. The pool was not open everyday which was strange. But over all a cheap good option to choose for a couple of days.

The hotel has a very good location, on the Boca del Río boardwalk, near the aquarium and very close to the beach. If you don't have a car, they make it easy to call a taxi and they also support you with tourist information, if you have a car, they have valet parking service, there is a restaurant inside, which has a very good meat and seafood buffet on weekends and also there is a buffet breakfast, the hotel have pool with a little bar, gym, spa and other amenities. All the staff were really kind and always attentive.

The furniture needs some maintenance, but overall it is very good and the pool water on this occasion was a little cloudy, but considering that there was north, I guess it is a bit of sand that the wind carries, another point of improvement is the pool bathroom that had no light and no switch and the curtains were a little small, they did not cover the entire window of the bedroom.

I liked that there was a gym and a sauna. location was good there was a convenience store nearby and a nightclub around the corner. The pool was a decent size and there was a kid-friendly pool. There was valet parking.

The sauna was a little small and it took a bit to get warm. There were no towels provided for the sauna. There were not that many snack and drink options in the pool area. The elevator needs a little maintenance.

The location in proximity to the water. The hotel was a bit older noted by the bathroom but was overall very nice. The valet parking manager was FANTASTIC! We had a car full of personal belongings he allowed our car to stay parked in front of the hotel overnight so that everything was safe.

Small slow elevator, but it worked and got us to our floor. It was much better than taking the stairs would have been.

Ms. GUADALUPE IS EXCELLENT!! Hotel Lois is a full service hotel and its entire staff is very attentive. Excellent location. Very good for families. Across the street from the Gulf of Mexico. The hotel is within walking distance to many restaurants. The restaurant has good, reasonably priced breakfast and supper buffets. The lobby and common areas are cleaned daily. Onsite covered parking.

The hotel had a good price so according to that it was a good hotel The bed was very comfortable good location, right infront of the sea I liked the pool area

towels are old and tearing up I requested an extra night and the employees mentioned they didn't have any room left, but next day i heard them telling other clients they did have rooms, but only if they stayed 2 nights.

You could see the ocean. Room was clean and staff was nice

The car service is nice but you have to wait for your Car sometimes. Also I would like to have the car nearby where I can grab something out instead of calling the lobby and getting someone to drive my car down just so I can grab something from the backseat.

The room at the 8th floor is good,The location and the view is excellent...

The buffet at the restaurant was very bad, not good at all ,Elevator very small and very slow, the rail at the balcony is very low and it's a little scare going outside

Comfortable beds and pillows. Big room. Best hot shower in Mexico!

Gym had no a/c. Parking garage was too scarey to use so parked on street.
