Close to the plaza, movies theater, big mall, lots of food options, 10min away of the malecón, there is a laundry mat close by to.

First: Wish they added a “Microwave”especially being a hire/better room, and if you stay longer there, you bring food to your room but if you leave leftovers and want to heat it up.. but you can’t there’s no microwave. Second: There is a cleaning lady that cleans amazing she’s amazing! (Andrea I think) And when they switch her I think Sunday and Monday the other lady is TERRIBLE doesn’t change the sheets, leaves her cleaning supplies, only leaves us one towel.. we mentioned it to her and she only said.. “yes I’ll do it”.. and never did nothing..

The bed was super comfy. I really liked the restaurant staff. The head of the waiters was a very nice lady, who could speak English and she gave me some suggestions on what I should see and do while I was in Veracruz. Over and above expectations. I took her advice and I went to 2 lesser known beaches that were awesome. She was really nice, and while she was at the restaurant, the service was spectacular. Shout out to Nallely! I gotta go back to do the rest of what she suggested.

This hotel is kept really clean. Rooms are clean every day. We were in the swimming pool and the staff continuously cleaned everything around the area. The staff are very attentive and kind.

We have been here many times and sincerely we have found nothing to complain about. But breakfast buffet could be better

Best location in Veracruz! I used to live in the apartments behind this hotel and almost exclusively stay here when I come back to visit!!

Nothing! The restaurant is not the best but their breakfast was good and their room service was very fast!

I checked in right on time and the room wasn’t ready. I was told to wait 15 minutes and I ended up waiting for more than an hour.

it looks updated, clean and great location

they gave us a room just recently painted and still you could smell the paint. however they moved us to another one right away.

The hotel's decoration might seem out of date but it's great value for the price. The facilities are great for families (kids super enjoyed the pool with the slide!). The rooms are very spacious and the staff was very attentive and happy to help with anything. The hotel is also very close to restaurants, plazas and the sea, which makes the location great!

The restaurant is not that exciting. Although the staff is very attentive and they were very helpful, for the same price you could go out of the hotel to a close restaurant and get something better. We also got a room near the boilers (I think) and it was super loud starting at 6 am in the morning.

It’s in front of a mall and many restaurants. The hotel itself offers good food. My family has come to this hotel several times. We enjoyed the room which is clean and very luxurious. Valet parking is great

I was disappointed about the way they told us that the price for breakfast as buffet was a kind of higher than the menu they offer. So we decided to go for the menu which was “cheaper”. But to our surprise, after ordering just the basics for breakfast, we ended up paying more then the buffet. So we recommend to go for the buffet so that you enjoy a variety of food as much as you want
