We have stayed for the whole week and enjoyed every minute. The rooms are very comfortable and clean, the ceilings are high and beds super comfy. The staff is absolutely lovely and always available. Ladies at reception are so kind and helpful. We will definitely be returning in future. The sea in front of the hotel in very swimmable and water is clean. We have also enjoyed our walks on the beach. Veracruz and the resort is a treasure and hope it stays as a little secret 😁

There are no negatives about the hotel at all. Something that is not hotel related but worth mentioning is that if you love seafood you will enjoy your stay even more as hotel is attached to Villa Rica. However if you are not into seafood you will have to venture out as there is nothing nearby food outlets wise. It wasn’t a problem for us.

Great location, comfortable beds, well appointed rooms and very friendly helpful staff for the most part.

One evening my husband went to order food. After some language issues a young man came out and approached my husband with a very rude take-charge aggressive attitude. My husband said the young man was mocking him and laughing at his Spanish. Other servers did come out to apologize to my husband for his treatment. On our last night we pre-ordered dinner to be delivered to our room at 6:30. It never came. After calling the front desk, we were told it was being prepared and 30 mins later it arrived however, they brought us something other than what we ordered. By that time we just ate it and the cost.

I loved everything about the property. The beds were super comfortable plenty of pillows (6) just like at home we booked the balcony room. It was superb. We had room number 10 the lobby staff of Xenia and Juan were exceptional down to the waiters Alejandro & Eduardo for our morning breakfast and snacks on the beach to the cleaning ladies Victoria and Sara.

There is nothing I didnt like with 16 rooms the first few days we were the only guest there as the week went on more guest showed up. The beach in front water is warm , Sandy beach no rocks.

Best location for a stay in Veracruz, with an excellent restaurant next to the hotel. The rooms, design, staff, daily breakfast and the view from the pool area onto the sea is amazing. A perfect getaway hotel !

One day we were unlucky with a group of Mexican people who were being very loud at the pool area. It was certainly not a group of people you would expect at a Boutique Hotel.

The staff was wonderful, the restaurant very good and the proximity to beach amazing! This is a great place to relax, be in nature and enjoy. I would very much recommend this hotel to anyone. The spa was very nice too!

Honestly there was not anything I did not like. I can’t think of anything they could have done better. It’s a great boutique hotel.

The location right on the beach was nice. The rooms were very comfortable and had the amenities I wanted. The desk staff were very helpful. The breakfasts were exceptional.

Had to take taxi to get to other nice dinner restaurants.

The location is exceptional and all staff were customer focussed and couldn’t do enough for you. The WhatsApp way of communicating worked well and was very efficient.

We were there during the week, very nice and quiet. Everybody was just kind and accommodating. The shopping mall close by, where Palacio de Hierro is, is out of this world. Remember you are in a suburbian area of Verá Cruz, therefore is not a tropical escape. Highly recommended for a couple of nights during the week.

Everything exactly as advertised. Friendly staff. Good dining options on site and next door. Taxis to the malecon area plentiful and cheap. Very relaxing and reasonably priced couples massage.
