The elevators broke down during the stay twice. Some signs in English and Spanish would be helpful More English speaking staff would be nice. Lobby and restaurant were quite warm, a little more air conditioning would be more comfortable. People get taxis in the garage levels—-a bench would be wonderful while waiting. Many places needed paint or repair

We stayed here one night before we departed for the airport the next day. It was an easy 20 minute drive. We had a room with a balcony overlooking the ocean which was lovely. The room was spacious as was the bathroom. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was included. We did not have time to explore the area around us.

It took us two tries to find the hotel using google maps and the second time around the round about we realized that we needed to turn into the underground parking lot. (The name of the hotel is on the building high up but at ground level it just says parking. Finding our way to reception was confusing because the hotel is connected to a mall and there were several levels. There are so many helpful people there that it worked out fine.

The terrace and views, the bed was comfy and everything clean

They do t have the AC running anywhere in the facility, you break a sweat just during check in. Only place you can get away from the heat is in your room ONCE IT FINALLY COOLED DOWN. Breakfast was not so great, and very limited. Both days the waiters at breakfast had an ugly attitude and were rude to us- very dissapointing. Hallways are completely dark at night, they have motion sensor lights, but you can’t see a thing until it turns on- very creepy stepping out of the elevator at 1am and it is PITCH BLACK, or opening your room door to go anywhere and can’t see a thing until lights come on.

Is not so obvious how you should get to the lobby because you only can take an elevator, but the hotel is pretty good, the food is amazing, the pool also great and nice view

I confirmed my booking by this app, when we arrived they told me that my booking was canceled because they couldn't charge my card. At the end the hotel solved everything but we spent like 40min waiting for a solution.

The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating. They made our stay very pleasant. The location was convenient for travel, as well as proximity to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. The room was clean and had an exceptional view. The daily breakfast options were wonderful.

We stayed for five nights and our room was only serviced twice.

I liked the location, the pool, and the rooms were relatively clean for the price. It was nice that shopping was available without leaving the building.

The towels were very old, stained, and yellowed. Some even had holes in them. The "free" breakfast was not really free, and a family of 4 only gets 2 "free" breakfasts. You have to pay a 25% tax on the food you order. There are pool towels available, but we only knew about it because we overheard others talking about it. Then you have to bring the towel back to the pool area, or you will be charged for the towel. The carpet in the hallways were extremely dirty and stained.

The ocean view, the stylish room, the large shower. The included breakfast. Efficient, friendly staff. An extremely helpful housekeeper helped us find a taxi, clearly going above and beyond.

We liked everything about the facility, the location, and the staff.

the elevator for the hotel is also connected to the mall it is in, which means there is sometimes a long wait for the elevator. the wifi was also annoying because you had to reconnect several times

Spacious rooms, beautiful views, excellent location and facilities, staff was so friendly and helped immaterial the time even after check out... Definately returning back here :)

one receptionist was mean and making faces like she was not happy to be there other than that everyone was excellent
