We had a wonderful experience with Lucian the concierge. The service was always prompt, warm, and friendly. The hotel was always clean and fresh. Continental breakfast was a step above most. We would definitely stay again!

We would have liked to have a shade over the bathroom window. It let a lot of light in, in the morning and made it difficult to sleep. Also, they had a beautiful restaurant there, that never seemed to be in use. We would have spent more time in the hotel had it been livelier.

This is an outstanding hotel in the center of the city. It's on a side-street, which is nice and quiet and also has lots of available parking, should the hotel's 4 parking spots not be available (they were for us but I imagine they are occupied when it's busy). The hotel is gorgeos everywhere: in the lobby/reception areas, the hallways, and especially the rooms (or at least, our room was). It's elegantly furnished and it's overall a very pleasant place to be. Our room was spacious and very well appointed. The mattress was excellent (we're pretty picky about our mattress quality due to some back issues, but this was outstanding). The bathroom had a very nice walk-in shower and all the fixtures were of high quality. Overall, if you're looking for a great place to stay in the center of Satu Mare, this is highly recommended.

The only drawback for us, as vegans, was the breakfast. The vegan options are very limited. We managed to eat some bread and vegetable spread in the end, but we feel that the hotel could definitely up its game here more with more fresh fruits and vegetables, plant-based milks, and perhaps even something on the ordering menu that is vegan (the current one is practically all omelettes).

Pretty modern hotel close to the centre of Satu Mare. Rather large rooms, with comfortable beds and a large bathroom with an Italian shower. The staff was extremely polite and helpful. We enjoyed the rich breakfast, notably the cheese and acon omlette and the coffee.

There used to be a restaurant or a beer garden next/annexed to the hotel, but now it's closed. There were some works in the area, but the rooms are well insulated, so we were not bothered by the noise.

We've stayed at this hotel three times now, and each visit has been truly wonderful. From the moment we checked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms are consistently clean and well-maintained, with all the amenities you could need for a relaxing stay. The location is convenient, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. What impresses us most is the consistency in service and quality; it’s clear that the hotel cares deeply about guest experience. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a hassle-free and delightful stay!

We liked everything.

I did like the size of the room, the design, the quality of the furniture, the ambient lighting, the cleanliness. Breakfast was good. Staff was really kind and helpful.

It can get a bit noisy if you have front facing room because of the cars passing by on the road. I would recommend blackout curtain in the bathroom as well to block the light entering the room.

This was not my first stay in Satu Mare, but it was the first time in hotel Viena and if I was to return, this will be my choice: - VERY spacious and nicely decorated rooms - very comfortable beds - crystal clear - 5min walk from Satu Mare center - very good breakfast with the BEST juicy omelette I had since 2018 in (5* hotel) Turkey - the reception really works 24/7 - we arrived after midnight at 01:00 and didnt have to wait or call anyone - late checkout at 12:30 free of charge

As much as I think of something (to feel the review objective), only these 2 details came to my mind: - wet mat on the terrace (it was heavy rain during night, so expecting to have it exchanged minutes before arrival would be ridiculous) - one of the 2 chairs will need the leg repaired/exchanged - didnt break, but it will soon :)

Loved the concept of the place, the design & art, the nice vibe it brings due to everything being new and fitted, and the staff's patience and attention to detail. Breakfast was really nice as well, as well as the coffee & tea in the room. Loved all the small details, including the care products from Rituals, which were amazing. Thank you for the amazing service!

The room was very big and beautifully furnished. The staff was very responsive in reserving for us street parking in front of the hotel till our late arrival. Excellent dinner at their garden restaurant, in a nice setting.

Breakfast was tasty, but had less choices than elsewhere (for example, neither cereal nor pastries).

Amazing boutique hotel in the city centre. Very spacious room with a huge comfortable bed. I was impressed by the private large terrace looking over the park. The staff was friendly, helpful and professional. The food in their restaurant was delightful. I highly recommend it and I am planning to organise our school reunion in this hotel.
