We received a twin room with one of the beds under an oblique wall. Very uncomfortable. The room was not heated before the check in time and after we opened the radiators we had to wait until night to get warm. During winter time we expected to warm up in the hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and refurbished. Simple facilities, tv, bathroom. We didn''t have any kettle to make tea. The free parking was excellent. Also the breakfast was good. The receptionist welcomed us and were very kind. We liked the village and enjoyed a very good dinner at Pizzeria Da Vinci.

The staff were very friendly and forthcoming, they even got our room ready at noon because we told them we had to get to a wedding at 1 pm, and phoned around to find us a taxi. The room and bath facilities are very modern and clean, with mosquito nets on the windows so you could aerate without inviting a whole zoo of insects in, and the beds super comfy (if like me you need a soft mattress). Breakfast was also very good, with ample choice.

As all hotels this one also had a few quirks, like the lift buttons not lighting up when pressed, or the temperature regulator of our shower being labelled the wrong way around, or the breakfast rooms being much too warm, but nothing major.

Very large room and nice bathroom. Bed was comfy. Breakfast had many options and was tasty. Front desk closes at 9pm, which I made just in time, but apparently if you come in later they put your key in a lock box and you can call a number.

Parking can be challenging as there is limited parking in the back and on the street during the week you can only park for an hour. However, i was able to find parking just the next residential street over, a short 3 min walk.

Great location for us and reception was beautiful.The staff were very friendly and helpful. We could not stay for breakfast and asked to have some sandwiches to take away. They prepared some for us. Next time we are planning to have proper breakfast at the hotel to enjoy it.

Nice location for people visiting Rückersdorf. It is a very small town, so it helps if this is where your business is. The hotel is very clean, newly remodeled or newly built. Antiseptic clean in fact. Staff were very helpful and kind.

This room, and the room I stayed in the last time I was here were both poorly ventilated and there is no air conditioning. Both times I was here it was summer and it was very warm in the room. I will not stay here in the summer again. But I will come in all other seasons.

Such a chic and modern hotel. The pictures don’t do enough justice of how lovely the room and the lobbies are. The room and bathroom was heated,including the bathroom floor. So clean and the most comfortable bed with blackout shades. The location is great, quiet & close to restaurants and Nuremberg. Lovely breakfast as well. Staff professional and kind.

The lift didn’t worked but was not a big issue.

I really enjoyed my stay in the hotel. The rooms was well eqiped and beatiful. Everything in good conditions. There was plenty of parking space in the hotels private parking and everything was really quiet.

There wasn't a lot of things that I could say I didn't liked. Just one thing (and I know this is an personal opinion/preferences), that the bed matterases was too soft for my likeing. Just this is it. Everything else was what I expected.

Very good breakfast and very clean hotel. The location is perfet and also have a free and safe parking.

The staff in reception is very very rude. But the staff in breakfast are very kind.

No possibility to have a cup of tea or coffee in the room and not in the hall..very poor arrival.. no restaurant in hotel. Rückersdorf all closed.. TV is really not existent Terrible local programs only . no BBC or CNN or Al Jazeera No news in English

The room was great! Modern, large, clean and extremely comfortable! And the beds were awesome! We didn't had such a good night sleep for a long time. Since we were traveling with a baby, we appreciated that we got a free cot upon request, that was already in the room when we arrived. Just great. We also had a walk in the surroundings and it is a very nice neighborhood! Totally recommend if you have the time for it.

Actually we liked the hotel very much! What could be improved, would be the variety at breakfast. Now you have a little bit of everything, but more diversity would be welcomed.
