The facility is located in a picturesque and serene village. The property has its own private garage just outside the rooms and the price includes breakfast as well! There was available tea and coffee as well as a coffee machine and a kettle.

The personnel were not speaking English at all, the bathroom wear and tear was obvious and especially the shower cabin which definitely needs to be changed. The breakfast although was delivered at best effort by the personnel is very basic and lacks fresh ingredients like fruits and salads. There was a mixup with the room reservations and another customer was knocking on our door in the middle of the night after having received the same room number reservation. The room had a glass door at the entrance of the room and the outside light was visible all night long and the morning light awakened us quite early..

We had the entire second floor apartment to ourselves, complete with a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, WC, and a cozy bedroom. The kitchen had everything we needed – fridge, oven, coffee machine, and more. The place was also *super clean* – spotless and clearly well taken care of, which made us feel even more comfortable. The highlight was definitely the breathtaking view from the balcony – absolutely next level! We arrived late and exhausted, but Birgit’s warm welcome instantly made us feel at home. She is by far the best host we’ve ever had – so thoughtful, kind, and accommodating. She even placed toys in the kitchen for our kids, so they had something to play with first thing in the morning. It’s these little touches that made a big difference. The village itself is charming and peaceful – a perfect escape. Parking was conveniently available behind the house, making everything super easy. Our family absolutely loved the stay and were genuinely sad to leave. This place and the village turned out to be one of the most unexpected highlights of our trip. Thank you, Birgit, for making our stay so special. We’d return in a heartbeat!

It was really nice, neat and clean. I think it’s a brand new property.

The self checkin process was communicated only through the booking.com app. But luckily there were two guys that helped us. - the guy managing the bookings, who sent us the incheck codes by WhatsApp. and Jamal, who helped us get into the room.

Room was clean and well equipped, self check-in was easy, lady at a breakfast was very friendly, breakfast was simple but tasty.

Rooms are in the 1st floor and other quests will walk by your window. But it is a small hotel and there isn't many rooms so that didn't bother us much.

It is located in a small town which is quite close to Nüremberg via car. The price and the service (especially room facilities such as offering coffee and various tea, hot water, clean sheets) along with an efficient breakfast are the best sides of the property. I would definitely recommend.

The place is very basic but very clean and fairly comfortable. It’s suitable for a one night stay, but not for more than that.

There were tea and coffee facilities but no mugs to make the tea in!

it was a nice little place to stay with Onsite parking. I was able to easily park onsite and rooms were clean and big.

Ambient was romantic and quietful. It was so nice to have a covered patio for the night with candles and a beatiful view on the sky...(so many stars in the cosmo!!). A quick walk to see the White Castle and the Church that were illuminated and then a shot of good Grappa before to sleep. Great!!
