The staff were very nice, the rooms were spacious and it is very close to the airport

Good and extensive continental breakfast offerings. Gluten-free food is available upon request in advance. However, the restaurant staff should be better trained in this. Upon entering the restaurant, it was pointed out that a gluten-free request had been made. It was announced that there is an allergen table with each product. Fact is, everything contained gluten. Half an hour later, after choosing something else to eat, the employee was informed that the gluten-free bread was stored separately. For people who must follow a strict gluten-free diet, this can be a problem if the staff is not really familiar with the food and only notices it afterwards. It's okay for an overnight stay

The hotel couldn't be more convenient. It's literally a 1 minute walk from the airport terminal. Super convenient. The staff were excellent - very friendly, extremely polite and more than helpful. The breakfast room was excellent - clean, tidy and the selection of food on offer was first class.

Nothing really, although I did order some food (pizza) on the evening I arrived. It was at the end of service and if I'm being 100% honest, it was poor. I suspect it was thrown together in preference to saying they couldn't serve me, but I would have preferred that they declined to serve me. It was probably the worst pizza I've had. I couldn't bear to eat more than one side.

A nice and very clean renovated hotel right next to the airport. Pet-friendly and value priced, so we went there, even though we're visiting Nuremberg for sightseeing. By car, it took something like 15 mins to get downtown so all good. There's also a U-bahn station at the terminal. Nice breakfast. Super professional and friendly staff!

Restaurant is only open for breakfast. In the evening you have to sit in the bar area - tight tables, limited selection and relatively high prices on food and drinks. Not really a con, as it should be quite evident since it's right smack next to the airport, but if you are sensitive to noise, you have to keep the window closed.

The hotel is right beside the airport although we were not disturbed by the noise of the planes. The room was comfortable and perfectly acceptable for an overnight stay before a very early flight.

We found it difficult to find anywhere to eat in the airport the evening before our flight and the hotel restaurant seemed to be closed. We attempted to take the metro into town and had problems with the ticket machine so abandoned that idea, finishing up with snacks from the airport shop.

The hotel is located nearby the airport, which was very important for us as our plane landed late at night. The room was very cosy and clean. We loved breakfasts in the hotel, everyone could find there something to their liking. The underground is close to the hotel. It was very convenient as well as it took us little time to get to the city center. Once we decided to have our dinner at the hotel. All the dishes were well prepared. We absolutely loved the service.

It's hard to find any drawbacks.

The location is right outside the Nuremberg Airport. I stayed there for the Toys fair. Easy access to the fair, just take the Underground U train, located right outside the hotel. total duration travel to the toy fair is about 30minutes. They let me have a late check out, so that I can still go to the fair in the morning, and be back in the afternoon, and still have time to pack my luggage in the hotel room. Thank you.

The price during the Toy fair is very very expensive. Maybe next year can be slightly lower.

Obvious choice when arriving on a late flight as its a very short walk from Arrivals. Staff were great on check in (and at the bar (very accommodating and excellent service). Room was spacious and well appointed, ensuite was good too. Comfortable bed and chairs at the work station. Hot drinks in bedroom is always a welcome touch. Small lounge area facility too.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the airport. It’s clean, with ample room space, and the staff is very friendly, especially in the restaurant. I arrived for dinner quite late, and though the kitchen had already closed, the staff went out of his way to prepare some pizza for me. He even offered to bring the food to my room when they noticed I was tired. Overall, their service was exceptionally considerate and accommodating.

Very nice property adjacent to the airport. The ++ was the staff. Very easy check-in and she spoke fluent English. The bar tender saw I was super tired, and was so kind to me. The room was 100% clean.

The spa could have one more elliptical machine.

The hotel was situated in a very nodal place, right outside the main entrance to the airport. It was super convenient to go around. Due to a flight delay I reached the hotel at 2am, the staff was so kind to receive me with a big pleasant smile and gave me and my partner a very nice, spacious and comfortable room. The room felt well maintained and quiet modern in style. The carpet had a pleasant aroma and a freshness. The bathroom which was a separate room and i gladly appreciated that, which having gone to many hotels in Europe isnt always the case. It was compact and had all the amenities expected of a business/short stay oriented stay. One aspect that i greatly appreciated was the stellar soundproofing of the room both due to the walls and the windows. The breakfast had a good amount of options, I have gone from continental style hotels, to Hilton all the way down to student share motels. This was definitely a very good breakfast. The hours were convenient and the atmosphere was pleasant. The tea varieties and brand that the hotel provides is also very much appreciated surely.

In our hotel room (room 5447) the air-conditioning unit made a subtle clanking noise, as if the air was hitting the fins and they were hitting each other. I managed to sleep really well despite that, but it was noticeable. In terms of cleanliness, the room felt really good, but we found a package of tissues under our table, and the more less noticable spaces were dusty for sure. So it would seem that the cleaning service does a surface level job. Or is was a fluke, i will see during my next stay.
