Access from A3 easy. Entry to hotel is by automated process so you don't see any staff (make sure you have your booking.com and passport to hand) your room number and code are on screen (take a photo!) Rooms are clean and quiet considering how close to A3 Autobahn you are.

There are 2 B&B Hotel in Erlangen, make sure you have correct one. The entrance rod is easy to drive past but not a major drama. Unfortunately no kettle in the room, but there are hot water boiler and vending machines in lobby. No lift, not too bad unless on top floor with a load of bags!

Better/easier way to check-in than last year. Hotel looked clean and updated...under new name since last year. Aircon worked fine, autobhan noise completly blocked so quiet night sleep.

Same name as near by Hotel. Google sent us to that first....so a bit of warning in booking email or later comms would've been apprecited escially they are so close toghether. Takeaway coffee would've been convenient but not an option at hotel bar...sale lost in my opinion.

We spent one night in this hotel and it was very good overall. The young man who checked us in was very polite and extremely helpful. The room was basic but very clean and the location was excellent. They were able to accommodate our request for a ground floor room too. My one gripe is that there was a faint whiff of stale water, not in the loo but in the shower area.

very clean, staff when we saw any were very friendly. Small very clean Italian restaurant just round the corner, that does basic food but good value

when we arrived it was a self check in just outside the main door. I feel this needs to be made a little clearer. Using the check in itself wasn't a problem but what it doesn't explain clearly is that the access code it gives you is for both the main door and your room. fortunately there were a couple of staff members just leaving and they explained it all. Just needs an extra sentence adding to the screen pointing this out

Location next to a busy road, but once window shut, you could not hear a thing. Easy self check in. Petrol station very close to refill. Very nice staff member on site. Found it a fantastic value for money. Good breakfast. Italian restaurant on foot nearby, reasonably priced. A good tip I wished I knew - If you go for a pizza, choose a large one, it will feed 3 adults or family of 4 for about €16, bargain.

Lack of nice outdoor seating space. It was hot and the aviable seating was just 2 small tables, mostly in sun, occupied by smokers right outside the entrance.

Everything was good, the staff were friendly and did their jobs well. I felt comfortable and was happy with the room and service. Breakfast was nice, thankyou.

You could put better signage that the hotel is behind the similar one. I arrived later in the low light and it took a few passes on the road before I realised it was behind.

The hotel nice and clean, with functional fridge and air conditioning. The staff was amazing , very helpful and incredibly kind, considering that I've booked my room by mistake for a wrong date and at arriving basically I had no booking for that night but the lady from the hotel was so nice and she understood the situation and offered me a room at no extra cost.

Nice, clean budget hotel. Small room, perfect for when you just travel through and don't need much - still has everything basic that you need: comfy bed, shower, sink, separate toilet, desk. We didn't choose to have breakfast but the coffee vending machine is great. Fab location, just off the motorway. Car park had plenty of space, if it gets full there's still off street parking available. The gentleman checking us in was super nice, very friendly and helpful. And welcoming for dogs.

Low cost hotel with everything you need for a sleepover when travelling by car. Basic facilities, everything clean and comfy. Accepts dogs which is a big plus for us.

The fact that the shower and sink are practically part of the room, no privacy whatsoever. It´s not a big problem if you travel with family, however. It´s a budget hotel, so it´s already good that you have your own toilette and bathroom.

The reception doesn't look like a reception - there are no signs calling it that, just a lot of clear plastic sheeting in front of a till, which itself is in front of what looks like a coffee shop. After 7hrs on the autobahn from an overnight ferry of 4hrs sleep, the narrow corridor with no obvious arrival point was just too confusing for my fried brain. The man on reception was very nice but perhaps a little too condescending when we asked him where we checked in. No, it is not obvious that was the reception desk 🙂 Aside from that mildly jarring arrival, everything else was fine: good hot shower, comfortable bed and clean overall. Excellent location from the A3 and you pass a supermarket called Norma after the traffic lights on the right for some basic supplies. It also has a bakery attached. We ate bread and cheese from there for dinner as too tired to go elsewhere but in the past we have been to the Pasta Kantine around the corner which has the usual hearty if a little oily pasta varieties and pizzas.

There was a drying puddle with some hair in it on the floor in front of the shower room, I assume dripped from the door and not wiped up properly, but everything else was great.
