The quiet location and the on-site parking. The comfort of the bed. The great selection of food at breakfast and the restaurant beside of the hotel Being dog friendly.

Appreciated the fresh fruit and yoghurt at breakast. We had stayed prevously and my son left a small item behind. It was waiting for us on return, very thoughtful!
Quality of the coffee could be better. The stairs are not a problem for me, however it would nota be inconvenient for a guest with a walking disability.

Art hotel is located close to the city center (1km) and bicycles are available at the hotel. The hotel is in connection (different owner) with a Franconian restaurant which serves traditional food of that area. The best feature of this hotel is its staff; very friendly and always ready to help; special thanks to Daisy. Breakfast is decent with fresh bread every morning, no warm dishes though.
The bicycles are a bit outdated but working.

Underground parking is excellent and convenient. Good shower. Comfortable beds.
An open beer was in the minibar. Dust under the bed. One lamp had wiring problem, for safety i unplugged it.

I had an unpleasant situation with the reception. I am not a fluent German speaker so I wanted to discuss (in English) with the reception about my late check in and when they heard me speaking English they simply put the phone down without answering. I found that very unprofessional.
