It was easy to get there from the train station. The room had a comfortable kitchen and almost everything you could need. It was a great place to relax after a busy day. All of us were satisfied. They have free cookies ;D

There was only coffee and no tea in our room. But I, as tea fan, always take tea with me when I travel, so it wasn't a big problem. The hotel is near the road, where are not many cars but still at night I waked sometimes up because of the noise.

Our stay at Hotel Grill Erlangen exceeded all expectations! The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, the rooms are not only impeccably clean but also beautifully designed hotel team pays attention to every detail, creating a luxurious and comfortable atmosphere. The breakfast was exceptional, and the diverse menu offered a perfect selection of dishes. The location is perfect for both business and leisure travelers, hotel is conveniently situated and parking is free. I wholeheartedly recommend Hotel Grill Erlangen to anyone seeking a good hotel experience.

Staff was very helpful; hotel offered free bikes; the breakfast was very good; location of the hotel is close to the train station.

Fridge in the room was very noisy that it had to be turned off and there was a strange smell from the sewer hole in the shower. I would recommend to rearrange the electrical sockets or at least provide extensions because there was nothing available near bed. But overal, those things haven´t negatively impacted my stay.

The rooms we had were very nice, clean and comfortable, with excellent equipment (although a kettle might be added, or substituted for the microwave). The reception staff was extremely nice and friendly. The location is not very central in Erlangen but was exactly what we wanted (and the city center is not really difficult to reach either, be it by public transport or by bicycle - the latter can be borrowed at the hotel itself!).

We booked a family room and on the website it was clear that this would consist of two adjacent rooms with an internal connecting door. Instead we got two separate double rooms - they were fairly close to each other but since there was only one key per room, that limited our flexibility somewhat. Also, the bicycle storage facility proved a little less convenient than we had imagined, but that was't a big issue at all.

The hotel's breakfast is very diverse. In addition to the general selection of ham and cheese, it also provides German sausages of different local flavors! This is very surprising!

Electronic keys are convenient for hotel rooms. It just feels like the door is very heavy! It takes a lot of effort to close the door every time...

The personal of this hotel were very friendly, helpful and honest. The room was nice and comfortable. My family had enjoyed breakfast there and i can say the choice and quality of food were really good. So far we enjoyed staying there. Thank you

The rooms have a kitchen and large bathroom. It was quite comfortable to stay with my husband and son. The location is near the bus and train lines. It was quite easy to travel into the city from the hotel. The breakfast is good and the staff are friendly.

The location is a bit far from the city centre.
