Great location — very close to the metro, making it easy to get around the city. The room was spacious, modern, and had good soundproofing — we had a great night's sleep. Breakfast was tasty and varied. Free parking at the hotel is a definite plus. Cons: The pillows were uncomfortable, and the towels were quite worn and in need of replacement. A kettle in the room would have been a nice touch. One important thing to note: cleaning started around 8:30 AM, and staff might enter the room without prior notice — something to be aware of. One more thing: the staff was polite, but more information about the hotel’s additional services at check-in would have been helpful.

- The rooms were spacious and had all the necessary facilities like a tea maker, refrigerator, safety box, and etc. - The room was clean enough, and we did not have any complaints about it. - The property was quiet, even with a lot of guests. - The check-in/check-out process was very convenient, and the staff was very polite and welcoming. When we arrived, the lady at reception changed our room to a quieter one. - The parking space was also good and safe.

- Although the breakfast had a lot of warm/cold options, the taste of most of them was not good at all.

Very good communication beforehand and a very friendly welcome on arrival. Room was on the ground floor out the back. Room fairly large with lots of storage space and a small sofa. Very clean. A/C, also for heating. The room was warm and cosy on arrival as staff had turned on the heating beforehand - which was really appreciated as it was a chilly evening. In the bathroom the usual tools including a kit with e.g. q-tips. Free parking at the back of the hotel. A delicious and varied breakfast (hot and cold food) was included in the price.

No heating in the bathroom, just a red light lamp, so that room was a bit chilly. Breakfast in regards to organisation was, sorry to say, a mess - it was super busy and the room is not that large, so guests were standing around at various places throughout the room, waiting to be seated and at the same time standing in the way of staff and other guests (already seated making their way to the buffet) -> because there was no staff available to handle this and no information on how this was supposed to go. So, everyone was pretty frustrated with the whole situation (guests and staff alike). This could be handled very differently - e.g. put a person at the door for handling the newcomers and overseeing the seating while guests wait outside of the breakfast room to be seated.

We had a nice room with balcony on the 4th floor. The breakfast provided a great variety of food and they refilled it constantly. The underground station was just 200 m away. As we stayed 6 nights we bought a weekly ticket for us for the price of Euro 32.50 total (includes multiple people in that one ticket) so we could easily travel to the city every day. This really good value for money.

The hotel a was outdated yet very clean. Front desk and staff were very friendly . Breakfast was good.

The Bedding was not good.(clean) But not what you would inspect in a hotel room. One pillow per person. It had no support felt old. Hotel only provides one blanket on top of bed and one uncomfortable pillow there were no sheets. (Only fitted mattress sheet one. Our air conditioner didn’t cool enough. We slept with balcony door open. Tub/ shower was very deep and hard to get in and out. I was worried I would slip. Shampoo was placed in sink dispenser and hand Soap was mis placed shower dispenser.

The assigned room was really spacious, including the bathroom. I was already familiar with the hotel, but this time it pleasantly surprised me. Everything is up to the Novina chain's standard – they also offer an excellent breakfast and, which was equally important to me, free parking.

Breakfast was plentiful. Friendly staff showed us 2 rooms to choose where extra bed would fit the best. Free bottle of water in the room. Good family room connecting. Diner was good and very large portions. They found us a place to sit for breakfast even though crowded. Very good free parking very easy. Will gladly stop again for a night on the way back.

Very crowded for breakfast. No coffee and tea in the room. The environment of the hotel is not interesting. From our room we looked straight into a dental practice across the street. The children found this entertainment. Beds were not so comfortable and pillow extremely soft but I bring my own pillow so this was no problem for me.

Balcony in the room. Spacious shower and quality shower head. Rich and continuously replenished breakfast. Close to the metro station. Nice sauna included in the price of the stay. Parking included.

Too noisy air-conditioning even if switched off. The air conditioning blew directly onto the bed. A bit of a stretched bed.

I think this hotel deserves more stars than it has now. We loved the room - it was very comfortable (and finally the bedsheets were not white, but with elegant print, which made us feel more at home), very clean, and communication with the hotel staff was friendly and caused no issues. There is also a free-of-charge (quite large) parking behind the hotel. And the breakfast was superb! It is located in the quite area, with good connections to the centre. We can definitely recommend staying here.

I stayed only one night as a stop over during my travel, the room was spacious, clean and fairly quiet, I found the staff was fantastic, very nice and helpful and I really enjoyed the breakfast which I found exceptional. Very handy having the restaurant in the same building.

If you arrive a bit late in the day, parking the car can be difficult due to the limited amount of spaces.
