The hotel is located on a quiet street with entrance and windows in the yard, eventhough we were in the centre of the city it was very calm and quiet. The staff was very kind and kid-friendly and even prior to our areival communication with the hotel was great. Breakfast provided big variety of choices and everything was fresh and nicely prepared. Room was spacious. Everything was very clean from room to common spaces. We will definitely return when we are visiting again.

Just a minor thing, the door code did not function few times because we were too quick for the system. But we got used to it quickly.

We booked two rooms as we were 2 adults and 3 children. Both rooms were clean and there was free water in the room. There were shower facilities in the bathroom. Our windows faced the courtyard and it was very quiet. We arrived around 10pm, there was no one at the front desk (front desk is open from 8am to 2pm). But the instructions were very clear on how to get in, so there were no problems. I know exactly that there is a parking lot 20 meters from the hotel, but unfortunately we could not try it out, because the height of the entrance there is 2 meters. Our car with a top trunk was 2,30 m. Please pay attention to this. But the staff gave us an address 1 km away from the hotel, where we easily parked in a paid parking lot with our size car. Breakfast was good. Both children and adults all had enough. The distance to the town square is about 4 km by car.

The lady in charge Maggie was lovely to me and to other clients. Very kind and service minded. She was dubble checking if everything was in order both regarding the room and the breakfast. Big tanks for letting me have a fan in the room, nr 31. It helped greatly.

That I could not check in earlier, instead had to walk around the city center a couple of hours with my luggage. Same situation when checking out. I would have preferred to have had my bags kept in the hotel a little longer. However Maggie was very kind and helped me keep them there till 14:30. It was good. But it would have been nice to keep them in the hotel until leaving for the airport at 17.00.

A quiet and comfortable place to stay with family. Cute neighborhood and easy access to public transportation (10 minute walk). Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful and high quality. Love the coffee machine! Secure parking close by. Easy access from main roads.

No air conditioning. To be fair, we came at the hottest time of year. The rooms face an interior courtyard, so they don't get hot, just warm. Bring a fan. Sleeping temperature was actually comfortable. No other complaints.

Walking distance to the city centre, the family room (penthouse) spacious and comfortable, helpful staff, coffee + tea + hot chocolate available 24 hours, very good breakfast, parking available on request (additional fee). Kitchenette as part of the family room.

The reception is available by 2 pm only. There was cold in the room and this did not change even after asking the staff to raise the temperature a bit. I can imagine this may only be a problem for the loft family room which is spacious and has high ceilings. However, the room was cold for the entire duration of our stay. Housekeeping needs improvement (dust under the bed, dirt in the fridge)

We liked the design of the hotel and style of the breakfast. Also people were nice at the desk.

We were surprised the mattress was too soft. Both of us like to sleep on much harder one. Also the area below the bed should be clean. The location of the parking ate should be also mentioned here since it surprised me we had to go some 100m over a crossroads without marked crossing. It could be worse, I know. But for some people it is important.

Hotel is not manned most of the time but we were able to gain access easily enough. Once inside we couldn't initally find our room but did so eventually. All was well from then on, including the excellent breakfast, very helpful staff member (Vera), the conmfortable room and convenient secure car parking.

The location is a little preipheral to most of Nuremberg's attractions but if you're happy to walk, or can take bus, train or tube, that's not an issue.

the hotel is back off a very quiet street with about a 10 minute walk into the city centre. The building was newly renovated and super clam while maintaining a lot of old charm. It was very quiet at all times with no disturbing noise of any kind. The staff were friendly and email (it’s not 24 hour desk) contact is excellent and helpful.

The hotel itself is beautifully renovated but the bedroom furniture was perhaps from the old hotel? The sofa bed was great for the children 6&9 but our twin beds were less pleasant. although linen etc was pristine the mattresses very very soft and the pillows were for us unfortunately feather and flat. A quick email and I had info where I could get another pillow- unfortunately just one though.

The lady in reception the morning after we arrived was superb. An excellent service - friendly and helpful. We left with a positive view of the property after meeting her.

The welcome on the evening we arrived was not as positive as the nice lady we were greeted by in the morning.

No negative remarks - good location, some 15 min from the historic city centre, very helpful staff, self check-in described in a detailed way. Very good breakfast, cheap and secure parking space. The apartment was very spacious, equipped with almost everything.

Would be good to have a kettle in the apartment, but you can still boil water in a pot.
