I understood the hotel was “close” to the statjon. Big mistake!! The approach of the hotel was dreadful, outside like a war zone with strange noises coming from abandonned housing nearby. Staff very professional and helpful.

Good location within easy walking distance of main station and near one of the gates into the old town. Good size room and bathroom; friendly staff. It was clean and dry. The room had a coffee machine and the receptionist gave us a kettle to boil water for tea. There is a terrace on the flat roof accessed from the 4th floor which admittedly was near our room but most people seem to stop using it by 11pm. Only an American would get anxious about the building site next door or the slightly tatty shopping centre about 100 metres away. In reality it's all just fine.

Nothing springs to mind

+ very diverse and delicious breakfast (incl. different kinds of sausages, bretzels) + location - 15-20 min walk from the city center, 5 min from the nearest metro station + very friendly staff + kettle and coffee machine in the room + hand, body and hair wash in the bathroom + free parking spacious area just 5 min walk from the hotel

- no conditioners (they are installed but not working). During the hot weather (+30 degrees) it was impossible to stay in the room. Also it was not comfortable to sleep, I was sweating all night. They provided a little fan, but it didn't help much

The staff were warm, welcoming and friendly. Water and apples were available at the front. The rooms were perfect. The rooms are also very clean as well as the bathroom. The bed was very comfortable as well as the bedding. The shower was great as well as the water pressure. The location of the hotel is close to the old town entrances and to a train stop. There is a breakfast that is served but we did not have it. The only reason I did not rate this hotel a 10 is due to the location.

The location. IF a female was alone I would not feel safe in the area. There is a homeless lot next door to the hotel. Some of the other living spaces around might be a sort of refugee centers. Just be ALERT when walking back to the hotel especially if it is late at night. The area does look like it is in the process of building so perhaps in a few years this will not be an issue.

there are renovations outside and it's quite messy and dirty. but it's not really the hotel's fault and both our rooms are really nice and clean(we have AC it's soooooo amazing). we dropped our luggages for storage around noon and checked in around 19:00 on Aug 16, both staff members we met were amazing and really efficient and great(we forgot to ask for names but thankyou!). wifi is fast and great complimentary tea/water/coffee, nice walking distance to tourist attractions and a nearby shopping mall, we will definitely prioritize this hotel chain next time

My stay at the hotel was very pleasant and nice! The staff was helpful, welcoming and professional! Even if it seems that the location and area is not so safe (as written in some reviews), it is very safe and near both: the city centre and main train station. I felt very secure, safe and comfortable during my stay, even if I was traveling alone. The kind receptionists were there for any questions I had! Would recommend this hotel to anyone and would definitely stay here again!

From the moment we arrived to the time we left we were made to feel welcome and appreciated by the staff, The receptionists were always so helpful giving us guidance and answering any questions even helping us sort out the trains to the Conference centre. The rooms were large and comfortable, With spotless facilities, the restaurant was large and never crowded. Breakfast was absolutely spot on with a large variety of food both hot and cold. The location for exploring the city could not have been better for us. All in all one of the best Hotel experiances we have had well done to all the staff and see you next year.

The area looked a little run down but that is just the economics of the world.

The room was nice, it had a coffee machine and some teas, which is always good. The bed is also comfortable, but the double bed was actually two twin beds side by side. The room was quiet. From the hotel one can walk to the old town, or the train station.

Some comments in Booking complained about the neighborhood of the hotel. There are some constructions going on nearby, and next to the hotel there is an empty space. But I found it OK. I don't see this as a big problem, and if I go back I would stay there again.

The property lies quite central and easy to reach from the airport. Staff was polite and the breakfast quite good and varied, bread rolls, cheese, meat cuts, hot options, fruit and some tray cakes. Around the corner, there is a small shopping center with groceries and more.

The bathroom didn‘t have a window and had mouldy spots therefore; also from my room your view was this building site full of trash; also there seems to be a sort of abandoned brick structure with squatters inside next door which all makes the area not the most attractive.

Location of the hotel was very good. 5 min. walk from Plarer station which is a good connection stop at the ubahn system in Nuremberg. Also 5 min walk and you are in the Alstadt. Enjoyed the practicality of the hotel very much. The staff was also helpful, it was not too much. They are attentive when you require the assistance.

The room was small for us. Hardly any space between the bed and wall/window when you get off the bed. But the room was clean and nicely decorated.
