Very clean and cozy room. Everyday care was very thorough and everything went fine. Also breakfast had a lot of choices (omelette, yogurt, cereals, coffee, saucages, cheese, ham etc.) and it was a boost for a busy day! Personnel wa super friendly.

Not a big problem but sometimes the breakfast room was full, and I had to wait for a free spot (though this happened during christmas when a lot of people are visiting Nuremberg and half an hour before the end of breakfast time).

Location is great for walking around the old town. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. Filling breakfast. Helpful staff. Liked having a room with three separate beds.

Would have preferred that the bathroom was not right in the middle of the bedroom with only a sliding door. Elevator does not go all the way up so we seniors had to carry our large suitcases up the last flight of stairs.

travelling as a family of 3, it's often difficult to find a decent 3 bed room. the garden hotel has a very quiet, big enough, clean room with comfortable mattresses on the 5th floor. the breakfast was plenty and had a variety of food. the breakfast ladies were super friendly and let us have breakfast early as we had to catch a train. all people we met, working at this hotel were very helpful and friendly.

the elevator only goes to the 4th floor. if you have a problem lifting heavy luggage or have mobility issues make sure you don't end up on the 5th floor.

The style of the room, the color green is soo therputic!!!

The door lock. I struggled to opened the door of room, and one time it did not open so I had to call the staff around 10 pm when they already left. It opened in the end but it was abit annoying experience but I still loved the room and and the hotel location and everything. I even once got to my room early so I enjoy relaxing in my room with its green beautiful colors. Overall i really loved the hotel.

This position of the hotel was excellent. The breakfast was also excellent and all facilities very clean.

On an arrival, the information given to us regarding parking was unclear. This could have been to do with language. On departure this situation was clarified but it was then too late. We did find the bed rather hard too.

Small, private hotel. Good location to Christmas Markets. Easy taxi ride from train station. Front desk has limited hours. Check in was very nice and cordial. They made an extra effort to hurry and prep our room to accommodate our early arrival. Nice consideration. Our 3 person room was a few steps up from elevator last stop. Room was adequate for 3 beds. Decent updating. Clean, well kept. No coffee or hot water service in room. A kind of deep tub that required a big step/crawl over the side to use the shower. Shower curtain didn’t keep the water in tub. Seems to happen often in Europe hotels. Sink was kind of small. Could use more hooks everywhere especially bathroom. Only 2 coat hooks in a room for 3 people. There were NO luggage racks. Closet was very tiny despite having room for a much larger one with elimination of fridge and useless shelves. Still, it was a decent stay. Everything considered, good value with minor concerns discussed here as suggestions to make the room even better. Would stay there again.

The staff was very friendly, the breakfast was delicious and the lady that was assisting us with the breakfast was very sweet and attentive! I liked the bed, the water pressure, the cleaniness! Also VERY quiet!

Even though the mattress was very confortable and the bed sheets very clean and soft, I found the pillow to be very soft and all over the place.

This hotel is fantastic .From the receptionists to the waitresses in the breakfast room or to the cleaning ladies they have a wonderful team that cuddle the travelller in every need. Last year I was in this hotel for the first time and this year I came back to found out that the quality is always high. What to say the position is excellent close to metro and with less than 7 minutes walking you can reach the center of the town. In the room you can choose your temperature in the bathroom or in the room just turning off and on the heating valves.The breakfast is wonderful plenty of things to eat.....and the room is very clean same thing for the bathroom..Garden Hotel is simply the best:D

Every expect is great! Cleanliness, comfort and great staff. Value for money stay. Location is excellent, uban is just few steps away and in the heart of shops, attractions, eateries and supermarket ...yet calm environment. Good breakfast too. Cant ask for more!

Very friendly staff both at reception and at breakfast service. Breakfast selection was good and coffee refills came with a big smile. Further the hotel offered flexibility and great support for late check-in and for storing luggage on the day of check out.
