It's a 10-star apartment! You have everything you need! Clean, quiet, beautiful and modern! I gave it a 9 because of the parking problem. We arrived late and the parking spaces were all taken, although in the reservation we were promised a parking space at the property!

The description of the facilities stated that we would have parking. The property has parking spaces but not enough. Unfortunately I arrived late and did not have parking, I had to go and look for parking elsewhere. It was a bit unpleasant considering the late hour to waste another half hour looking for parking elsewhere. The property said that it had nothing to do, there are no parking spaces and could not help me ...

The room is beautiful, modern, and tastefully decorated. The bathroom is excellent, especially the shower. Very comfortable bed with fresh and pleasant bedding. A kitchenette is available, along with a dishwasher.

Unfortunately, the cleaning seems quite superficial – dirt accumulates in corners, cupboard handles are sticky, and the windows have smudges and fingerprints. This slightly spoils the overall impression. There are no cutlery items in the kitchenette, which would definitely be useful. The dishwasher might not be the most practical choice – a washing machine would be much more helpful for travelers, especially for longer stays. The check-in process can be confusing for first-time visitors – with no staff on site and smartphone-only access, it would be helpful to provide a visual guide or a short instruction video to make it easier to navigate. I ended up helping new guests myself, as they were wandering around confused, staring at their phones.

Complete self check in and out. Quite easy but trouble if you don't have a charged phone! Pratical well decorated and furnished apartments. Everything is there. Clean and quiet. would stay there again. Shops and restaurants really close. Even has a vending machine downstairs if you forgot to grab something.

Not so easy to find the front door at first (especially in the dark). Maybe more signs needed? It smelt a bit of cigarette in the apartment when I came in. Coffee machine not so practical. But these are just a few things like in every other place it can't be perfect. All in all very good.

The property was really modern and had great amenities. We stayed two seperate nights and were given two different rooms. The first room number 6 was amazing, large and the bed was so comfortable, with a stand up shower. The second room number 31 was smaller but with sky lights and a bath tub. Both rooms looked really great. Fridge and cooking facilities. Clean and the wifi was great. Parking faciilities get a bit tight with lots of people but its free and each time we came and went we had no problems. Dog access was great, all laminated flooring throughout so easy to clean any little accidents. Lovely areas to walk the dog nearby.

Room 31, the bed has broken my partner and I. Our backs are done in. They tilt towards the middle so we were leaning all night. So uncomforable. At one point we considered putting the mattress topper on the floor. Also the two pillows were so pathetic. We could have put both of them in one pillow case and it still would be flat and pathetic. The shower pressure was awful in room 31. The TV would not connect to the wifi in either rooms so we could not watch netflix or anything. In room 6 we could watch the basic tv channels- not that we could understand anything. In room 31 we couldnt even get signal for the channels.

The quiet location, the offstreet parking that felt safe, good neighborhood, near a large park, and public transportation options, good kitchen - perfect for us since we had a rental car.

We are not from Germany and did not have a German cell phone so it was quite stressful trying to check in online and the website didn’t work so I ended up having to ask a German person to call for me to do a phone check in, which, thankfully the property allowed. I did not want to upload my documents and send digitally, as not even Lufthansa airline requires that.

The apartment was large and nice, equipped with everything that was needed for a family, including baby crib.

The mattresses were strange, in the matrimonial bed, you would fall in the middle of the bed because of the strange shape. Also, checkout is at 10 AM and at 10:05 sharp the cleaning people were knocking at the door. 100% our fault that we were late by a couple of minutes, but I think 15 min should be reasonable (especially for families with small babies who can be a challenge). Other than that, everything was ok.

The apartment is as described: modern, nicely furnished and as expected from me. The apartment is located on the first floor of the house and is also accessible by elevator. The house is located in the suburbs. Everything is as described and in the photos - practical and useful for a short stay or a longer vacation. You can prepare a simple meal, get a good night's rest, because it is very quiet there at night, you can leave your car safely in front of the house. I recommend.

As a first timer in an Eco apartment, I was stunned at the efficiency of the entire system. Although the downside was also vivid, I all round think that there is so much potential in this system especially for people who travel overland. Very ideal and of course the apartment was well equipped and clean. Location is good, some neighbourly noise but nothing to complain about really (could be worse depending on the time of the year).

The apartment is comfortable and clean, it has all the things needed in it. Nice little gym. For us the massage chair in the relaxation room was a hit.

The door opening system is smart and in general fine. BUT it fails ... and there is no 24 hour support the guests can contact. Un our case it failed before 9 in the morning on Saturday and nobody (ABSOLUTELY NOBODY) can be contacted before 10 o'clock on weekends. This failure made two whole floors of the hotel just stand in front of the doors for more than an hour. This thing alone will really make us think twice before booking again. Eco Smart hotels will not be the first choice in our future travels. The system really didn't leave a reliable feeling.

We are in Germany for a month and we have stayed at many different hotels. This is by far the best we have stayed at. Very clean compared to others and the shower was a good size. The bus stop is one 2 minutes away which was nice. I do like the smart key, I wish I knew about the app. I didn’t find out until check

I wish they had a microwave. Also the dryer is not very good, but everything else was good.
