Lovely small apartment (number 3), complete with kitchen and a cozy terrace. The location is good—about a 25-minute walk to the city center. If you’re arriving by car, parking is free on the street. It can be crowded, but with a little persistence we always found a spot. The price was very reasonable, and the hostess responded quickly to our messages. Key pick-up was simple: just from the green box outside the building. After that, you walk through the gate, turn left, then left again, and enter the door marked 2-5. Very easy. My partner and I loved our stay and would happily come back.

One thing that could be improved is the shower: the base (in room 3) is quite shallow, the curtain doesn’t fully stop the water, and there’s no extra drain in the bathroom floor. We solved this by placing towels at the bathroom door and after showering we needed the towel to dry the floor..

The apartment is very nice,clean, with all the facilities to have a great stay. The parking lot inside is a very good add. It's close to the center of the town and public transport

We had the number one room and because of its position, the others are thinking that is the main entrance and we had to send few clients back from our door. Not very pleasant especially in the night. They didn't mention in the description that the check in is from 15 o'clock, so we had to wait outside two hours. The bad,at least for every of us was very uncomfortable.

Very nice, quiet, and comfortable apartments. They have everything you might need. The furniture and equipment are in good condition. The city center and the main railway station are within walking distance or just a few tram stops away, with a tram stop right around the corner. Street parking is free of charge, and there were several available spots near the apartment on Saturday, so it doesn’t seem to be a problem

There is a window in the bathroom without any tinting or a curtain, which made it a little uncomfortable

The apartment we rented, (unit 5) was very nice, and had everything we needed. Great water pressure, nice kitchen facility, (we did not use), easy access to chess to the property and nearby transportation by tram. This owner is relatively new to this endeavor, but was very responsive to all requests by WhatsApp.our plans changed and we needed to stay 2 days past our reservation, and Katherin made it work for us.

Nothing really pops out. This property will just continue to improve as the owner actively wants suggestions. A very good sign?

Good place for the short stay. Parking lot is behind the gates on the patio! Gates can be opened from inside after getting a key. Hope it helps for the late checkiners cause host is unavailable after the end of her working day.

Host was unavailable at the time of check-in. There was no instructions about a parking lot for our car. Luckily we didn't park it outside and figured out that there is a patio inside with the parking lot.

We had a comfortable stay. Unfortunately we had decided last minute to come to Nureberg and only one night was available. We would have loved to stay longer.Our hostess was so nice and always responded quickly. The place is well stocked with what we needed and comfortable for 2 people. It's a short walk to the underground and 2 stops to the Nurnber old town. Highly recommend

It was very clean and quiet. Well organized. The code that I recieved and the three keys worked really well. Great TV screen and several stations in English.

It was a little hard to get used to not having any reception but worked really well. I did email the help contact because I did not see the wifi password right away but it was clarly displayed. The person emailed me back in a timely manner. I also could not get the coffee maker to work but I did not try very hard.

Despite a little bit of a challenge to obtain the room keys all was handled very friendly and efficiently. With luck we found a parking place just opposite the facility. To the old town its been a comfortable walk of just 20 minutes. Since the beds are rather low already, it was quite a challenge to rise considering that the mattresses were also rather soft.

Unfortunately, in both rooms rented (no. 10 and 12) the shower cabins didn't close properly which made it a kind of a challenge to take a shower and avoid at the same time that the bathroom got flooded. It should definately be looked into it

Katherine is one of the best hosts on the Booking platform. She's very polite and the room was very clean. She does everything to make your stay perfect. The kitchen has everything you need to make dinner. Definitely staying again. 10 of 10 service. I highly recommend it to anyone.

Location is perfect, walking distance from the center. Free parking just outside the door. Quiet apartment.

The apartment is a bit smaller than I expected. Getting the key was a bit complex, but I succeeded with the help of the host.
