Clean, tidy, freshly smelled room and bathroom, very quiet area -soundproof- so that you can sleep in peace. All facilities were there as described in Booking.com, generously supplied with toilet papers and toiletries. Excellent WiFi signal, good central heating, great location; it is only 2 minutes walk to Nuremberg Hauptbahnhoff where you can find plenty supermarkets, restaurants and shops. Friendly reception staff, the host replies instantly to Booking Messages. Many thanks to allow me having free if charge half an hour later checkout and even gave me a bottle of water before I left. Very rich breakfast, a lot of variety even for vegans, the restaurant staff were so friendly making sure to constantly restock the open buffet table. Very clean and relaxing environment as well.

Only the stairs issue. I was placed in the 4th floor, the attic. I needed to take 70 stairs each time to get to my room. I asked to be placed in lower floors as I have left knee problem, unfortunately I was told it's fully booked. I needed to take pain killers everyday. An advise to people with joints issues taking the stairs, try to request the lower floors room immediately after you book.

All in all very good and 1-2' (on foot) away from the Hauptbahnhof. The prices are normal. There was even free breakfast for me, with kind personnel. The room was complete from facilities, even though it was small in size, but for 1 person it was enough. I would choose it again if needed, but only if I don't have a lot of heavy luggage, because there's no elevator.

There's no elevator and you have to carry all your luggage through the stairs. I was on the 3rd floor and there were more. That's the only disadvantage I found at this hotel. But generally in Germany you don't find easily elevators...

Excellent location: a 1-minute walk to the central train station and barely 5 minutes into the heart of the Old Town. Very clean & well-maintained property. Solid Wi-Fi. A more-than-decent buffet breakfast. Efficient communication after hours with the host via messaging & phone calls. I would definitely stay here the next time that I’m in Nuremberg, as it would be extremely hard to find a comparable alternative at the same price point.

Close to the train station, friendly and helpful staff (personally, I checked in when a new employee was being trained and I really liked how her colleague managed to simultaneously have her practise the job while not making me wait too long. Well done 👍), good breakfast, very nice mattresses, enough toiletries for the whole time of my stay. The shower temperature goes as far up as the seventh circle of hell if need be, and the pressure is strong. It leaks a little, but that's usual for shower stalls in hotels.

I requested a queen bed, it got confirmed, in my room there were two twin beds pushed together, instead. The mattresses were heavenly, however. NOT A DOWNSIDE FOR ME, but something I think other people may find useful to know. The hotel is very close to the train station, so it can be very loud at night (drunks, music). I knew to expect it, but not everyone does.

We missed the last train to Munich and booked this hotel spontaneously. It’s perfect for a couple of nights, as the location is directly next to the train station. Breakfast was very good, with hot dishes and fresh fruit. The room was very clean, and we were able to check in late at night using a code, which was convenient.

The room is small, but that’s perfectly fine for this price.

Location 5 minutes from my train platform was perfect. Staff was very friendly and easy. Room was totally pleasant, clean, basic—exactly what I paid for. Also some good details like, that day it had been quite muggy but there was a fan in the room and the air was good. Loud outside but with the windows closed, it was suddenly quiet and I could sleep easily.

Mattress was a little too soft or droopy; I prefer a very firm mattress, but I survived fine.

The room was small, but very well organised. The pillows were especially comfortable. We booked in for one night at the last minute, but the check in process was very easy. We had little contact with the staff, but everything was in place, so no complaints there. Great value considering the location near the station.

It is very close to the rail station, but in the opposite side of the old town. The hotel looks good, possibly it was recently refurbished.

Two staffs at the reception were very nice (young girl and men) however another person wasn't. We don't speak Germany and at the moment that we weren't able to express ourselves with the basic Germany knowledge that we have, she started to behave very aggressively and made no effort at all to understand us. For thouse who work in the hotel and turist business it is very important to overcome language barriers even we don't can speak foreign languages.

We selected the hotel as a last minute stay on a long train trip. We arrived past midnight, and were quite tired. The hotel is extremely close to the train station and easy to find. Check in was extremely fast and easy. The room was comfy and clean, and we slept really well. The breakfast was excellent, and check out was quick. It was the perfect place to stay for the night.

For us, nothing, it was perfect.
