Nice clean rooms, bathroom and shower, nice stuff, comfortable (firm) and quiet beds. Location: a walk away from the central station and even shorter walk to the subway. The old tows is also walkable. Light: Window gives the needed light but there are curtain if wanted. And the room lights are not too bright so it's not terrible if someone turns them on at the evening.

Noise: Some rooms are on the main street so you could hear the cars. The window was in such a way that it is beyond someone's bed. When they went to sleep, you could't close it or close the curtain yourself, so noise, and light in the morning. The bunk beds did not have electricity outlets but only USB (A and C). But there is one in the bathroom and another one beside the entrance.

The location is unbeatable, super close to the Nuremberg Central Station. It’s easy to get to the city center with a nice 15-minute walk. The room, although small, is well-equipped and perfect for a weekend stay. We were really surprised by how cheap the room was. The staff was super friendly the whole time. We were also able to leave our luggage in the baggage storage after checking out.

The check-in process is a bit tedious since you have to do it yourself. We had some issues, but the receptionist was really helpful and offered assistance in a very friendly way. The bathroom is quite small, and the beds are pretty hard; the first night was a bit tricky to get a good rest. Also, the walls are thin, so you can hear noises from other rooms. But again, I think the value for money is really good.

It was a very clean room, clean bed. The matress was comfortable and the staff put me into ladies room, while I had booked a mixed dorm. So it was very nice. Staff is super friendly. All what you need is at place. Nice that we had the shower and bathroom for the room, not somewhere at coridor. I got fresh sheets at reception too.

I was in bunk bed, top. It was not very comfortable climbing it. It has some sort of acrh on top and you need to be careful not to hit your head. Also the bed was moving each time you try to climb and somewhat it did not feel sturdy, safe to climb. Its noisy location too - window directly to street.

Everything was perfect, except for one employee.

My clothes were stolen. So I asked the reception for help. Because I knew that the only roommate who checked out was moving to another room. However, the male staff member named Amran? was absolutely not helpful. He had an annoyed expression and an annoyed tone and made no effort to help. He said it was my fault because I stayed in the dormitory. But at least he could have confirmed with my roommate that I was moving to another room. Please train the staff properly. The other staff members were really too kind.

Had a good stay with the family. The hotel is located at the centre of the town but it was quiet in our room and we could sleep without any noise from outside. Finding a parking along the streets was not a issue at night when we arrived so we did not have to reserve parking space at the hotel. There was always someone at the reception incase of any queries.

No short time parking space infront/close to the hotel to offload luggage when checking in. You have to drive around the block and hope you find an empty space or park on the street which could be inconvenient for other drivers.

This hostel is a great choice for budget travelers looking for a good location and value for money. The rooms are small but cozy, offering just the right amount of comfort for a short stay. The location is convenient, making it easy to explore the area without hassle.

one area for improvement is the beds. They were quite squeaky, which could be a bit disruptive during the night, especially if someone was turning over in their sleep. A little maintenance or upgrade to the bed frames would go a long way in improving the overall experience.

Just what id expect from A&O . Very modern clean reception and communal areas. Rooms are all modern and bathrooms kept clean and tidy. Staff were very nice and helpful and the location was right in the centre of Nuremberg. I paid 11 euro 50 for the breakfast which was excellent value and the dining hall was clean and modern . I just wish the bar area got a bit more lively and other guests weren't so standoffish. Thats not the hostels fault though as they can't control who comes and stays .

The room was big and clean. The bed was comfortable and the toilets were clean. The Lobby has billiards and babyfoot. It is at a walking distance from the central station where you have a LIDL supermarket and many restaurants. It is central to the main attractions as well.

The check in is automatic, the system is a bit strange: as guests we have to do the check in ourselves by entering the booking number, passport or ID details. The idea of a big bed where two strange people have to sleep one beside the other.

We're simple people, we copped well in the artic where we slept, it was warm, our host Clarissa was very accommodating and simple, we cooked, ate together and chatted. language barrier was our only issue, Google translate helped but overall I can say I now have a family in Nuremberg.

The weather.

Price for value is top. Bed was comfortable. Shower was hot. Check-in was easy and wifi worked great. The location is a block from the Bahnhof. It was everything I have come to expect from and A&O. For a cheap one-night in Nürnberg, I can recommend this hostel.

The rooms are small and the shared kitchen was a very small closet of a room. I would not recommend if you would like to do much cooking or if you plan for a long stay.
