We really enjoyed our stay here; you received the options for check-in online the day before. When you arrive; there's a kiosk very easy to use for getting the code to your room. So, you really don't need to speak to anyone; but if you wish to contact a staff member there's a button to call and there's always someone answering. We're able to store our luggage after checking out for a few hours which we really appreciated. We also had no issues with the noise that other reviews mention.
All is well, we understand it's an old property needing upgrading. This is why it's a good budget-friendly option for the location and facility. There's no little fridge in our room, hard to keep cold drinks around but there are vending machines handy on each floor.

I stayed for one night and can say that the place is a lot better than some of the other reviews are saying. I had a single room, which was clean, it smelled fresh, the bed was super comfortable and the shower amazing. The staff was nice and the check-in at the machine was no problem at all. Would come back and totally recommend this Hotel!
I have nothing to complain.

The hotel is very nice but above all it is cheap. It is located on the 2nd and third floor of a building. The location is halfway between the station, the subway and the center making it ideal for a hit and run in Nuremberg. Full of restaurants, bars and pubs the road below. I used the room only to sleep and wash myself, I don't know other services.
I arrived at midnight and the reception was closed and the key code given to me was wrong. So I slept until 7:00 a.m. on the landing, resolving the issue only when the cleaning lady arrived. Be careful!

I had actually no issues with the automatic check in and key locker on the hotel room door. The single room served its purpose and specifically I appreciated 5 minutes walk from the main train station - in fact there is a tunnel to the Old Town directly from the main train station and with that it is really close. No need to worry about the breakfast, 1 minute from the hotel there is a Restaurant am Literaturhaus opened from 7AM, which has absolutely amazing options for breakfast and huge portions. :)
I am not a big fan of shared toilettes and bathroom, however there was a sink in the room, which made it better and at the end the booking offer states clearly what to expect.

The location is perfect, but you also have to know this at the time of your reservation, it is a super noisy place at night, it is a beautiful pedestrian street, but full of people, shouting, bars and clubs Night
There is no information or explanations regarding the closing or opening of the door, the bed did not have bedding, and the pillows were very worn.

The hostel is in the heart of the city's old town and thes taff are super friendly especially the cleaning lady. The building is old but has a functional lift. The check-in process from the check-in machine worked smoothly without any problems and the room had a decently good WIFI signal.
The toilet of our room, was super small and uncomfortable and towels should be present from the start in the room and not having to ask.

The public transportation system was great. We took it to go to the exhibition about the Nurnberg trials which was excellent! I recommend going here on a self-guided tour as the exhibition examines every detail through text and photos and the transit system makes it easy to get to.
Hotel including check in and out was highly automated, Breakfast was an "Automat" where you put money in a slot to get cereals, etc, Many of the citizens of Nurnberg are a lively bunch that like to do the evening passagiata. The street is filled with attractive restaurants and bars. Early in the evening this was great. Later they didn't stop when we wanted to go to bed. Then in the morning the streets were empty, well past the time I thought people would be heading to work.

The hotel has a great location. The room is spacious and everything was very clean.
Check-in is automatic, and although the hotel provides all the instructions, it was a bit difficult for me because everything was in German. The room door has a secret key to open, and luckily I found a member of staff to help, as there was no reception.

The location is great. Although the Innenstadt gets so loud at the weekend, the rooms are so good isolated that you do not get the noise once you close the windows.
I did not notice by the reservation that there is no water boiler in the room, and you can not get hot water for coffee or tea in the hotel. That is however not the mistake of the hotel that I did not notice that; it would be however great to have a water boiler in the room.

Own room for the price of the hostel, no one is going to switch the light in your eyes, you are also not disturbing anyone, for simple sleepover nothing can be better! The room was clean. For be personally this way with toilet and shower outside is much better, than the bed in the hostel
The drainer in the shower was very slow. Also, It would be nice to have some surface in the toilet/shower to put the clothes on
