The hotel is walking distance to the train station. We reserved a larger room since we were staying for several nights. Before arriving I had asked to have a room at the back of the hotel so we wouldn't be disturbed with in any road noise and the back was so quiet. They provide a laundry room to use on the first floor with laundry detergent and this was great since we had been traveling for a few weeks. The location is excellent since the town is very walkable and had plenty of food options near by. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Nuremberg.

Everything was excellent

Breakfast in adjoining restaurant that was included in our rate was excellent. Breakfast staff were delightful and this was a great start to our day. Our room was spotlessly clean and the daily service was perfect. It was also good to be able to request and receive a firmer pillow. The airconditioning worked brilliantly on three hot days but broke down and did not work on the last hot night. The room was quite soundproof even though facing the street.

Upon arrival we were given a room that did not meet the description of the room we had booked and paid for. At first we were offered to be moved to the correct room after one night but ultimately after discussing the description we had booked we were given a room for all our stay that was closer to the description we had booked. As the room category had been chosen to enable us to work this meant we could do so using the dining table as the advertised desk.

Having travelled the world, I rarely give any hotel (even established names) a 10. But this hotel is exemplary in every aspect: very clean, very facility inside is conveniently located, excellent location, 2 pillows per person, blackout curtains (very important in Summer), tissue paper, ample toilet paper, ample shower gel/ soap (have you stayed in hotels that give you one little bottle that is not even enough for your hair, let alone your body?), good water pressure, good firm beds, even provided a kettle and slippers. Staff are very prompt in answering questions and even allowed check-in when room was ready before the stipulated time.

Nothing much. If you provide toothbrushes, I will give you an 11.

The hotel was in a really good location and the studio room was spacious and well-equipped. There was a free washer and dryer to use on the premises which as a traveller is such a precious bonus! Most of the staff spoke excellent English and were happy to give recommendations which included the practicalities of what train to catch (including the direction and correct stop). We would love to stay there again.

The room was really warm and even when we turned the heating off we found it warm. But there were huge windows and a little outdoor area so we could open doors and windows which helped. The windows tilted open so we felt safe leaving them tilted open when we went to sleep too.

We had a great stay at Melter hotel, the rooms (apartments really) were spacious and comfortable, fully equipped and very stylish. The rooms and facilities were also very clean. The staff was polite and helpful. Breakfast was also very good (and the Asian restaurant hosting it was also great, deserves a try!). Located right next to St Lorenz temple, near the center of the old town of Nuremberg.

The price was a bit high, but I guess it is normal for the location and time of year.

The staff were extremely ( particularly Laura)helpful in terms of our room and pointing us to the best sights and how to get there using public transport. The location was excellent in the centre of Nuremberg.

The beds were too soft for my liking. But I know that is difficult to fix. The pillows though were extremely soft and added to my sore back. Thankfully a warm shower helped. I would recommend a few more choices of pillows would assist customers to sleep better.

Awesome staff, they are helpful in everything. We arrived late and even though nobody was in the reception due to the off hours, they provided detailed instructions for us to access the keys Location. It is just a straight line walk from Hauptbahnhof and within the city centre. You just have to know where you're exiting and walking into, or else you'll reach it by circling far away Room and facilities. They are what every serviced apartment guests would be looking for. The daily complimentary housekeeping option is an icing on the cake. The restaurant just beside it (in which they recommended) has awesome ramen for a place outside Japan. Actually the only ramen place in Europe which got a thumbs up from me so far. All in all, this place has become my standard for what a serviced apartment is supposed to be.

Can't find anything to complain about.

Location is closed old town (7mins walk) and also closed to Nuremberg hbf (6 mins walk ) . Every staff always helpful and efficient. It is definitely good choice to stay here.

Our room can’t be locked and anyone can open it from outside. We just found this problem at last stayed night. Front desk staff helps us to change another room . Except this , everything is OK . I suggest Hotel must check every room’s facilities functional .

Great location, we picked it because we wanted to be near the city center for the Christmas Market and a short walk from the train station. Our flight into was changed so we ended up getting in late after the front desk was closed. We emailed them and they had everything set up and instructions for us to get into the hotel and our room. Short walk to the Christmas Markets and a great central location. Excellent staff, room and bathroom. We would stay here again when we come to Nuremberg.

This hotel is just amazing! In a very convenient location, right in the old town of Nuremberg and just 5 minutes' walk from the train station. The room is nicely decorated, the bed is comfortable and there are also water, coffee/tea for free in the room. The staff in the reception was super polite and helpful and they also kept our luggage for free after check-out in order to walk around the city. Would definitely stay there again!

Even for a night, we definitely enjoyed our stay so nothing bad to mention.
