location​ is close to city supermarket​ restaurants​ trainstation room clean

We enjoyed the Hotel Environment and Location within the city the most.

Our room was an interior room; one that did not have an outside or street view. Our view was of other rooms or the elevator or something; I do not quite remember. The smell of breakfast was intense, so we closed our window every morning. Our colleagues had a wonderful view, of the outside street or something, with no breakfast odors; even though the room I stayed in was an upgrade over theirs.

Room beautifully furnished, very good size and perfect temperature. Bathroom well equipped and shower nicely powerful. Despite overlooking a tramway station there was no noticeable noise from there due to the efficient glazing system. As mentioned the Tramway was immediately outside the front of the hotel making it very easy to attend my place of work

The location was excellent- right next to the main train station and The Altstadt. The decor in the hotel was delightful and the staff welcoming. The breakfast had a lot of choice and was well presented. Lovely bar area for a drink.

The bath and shower area was dangerous. Getting into the shower by the bath was extremely slippery and could cause injury to guests. Although there was an anti slip area it was under the shower and not where you enter over the bath.

The room is very small. One light bulb in the bathroom was flickering and making noises. We were told it is too late to fix since the house keeping is out for the evening. Expecting more care to prevent this to begin with. The towel heater was also noisy all night long, iregularlly clicking until we had to switch it off in the middle of the night.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was wonderful and plentiful. The location was perfect - close to old town, the Documentation center, the Hall of Justice and many other things. They also offered day trips from the hotel. The staff was very helpful in knowing what tram lines to take if you wanted to take public transportation.

I can’t say anything bad about the property. My only suggestion is to put directions on the Lilli coffee maker. I would have preferred that to the instant in the room.

it was a pleasure for me to stay in a hotel that was built in 1895. it is well maintained and well preserved. it added a good experience for me as i noticed some of the original parts of the hotel. the staff are so friendly and helpful. keep up the good job>

just the last day the main elevator went off.

Excellent hotel, in the most convenient location. The staff were exceptional and very friendly. Breakfast was lovely, with plenty of choice. We also had dinner on our second night in the hotel restaurant and would highly recommend it, as it was fabulous. Brilliant value for money, considering the location and quality of the hotel. The hotel room itself was great, very comfortable and clean.

Nothing, everything was perfect.

Lots of history at the very building that accomodated key individuals at the Nürnberg trials. You feel you are entering history at its doorstep. Also, very convenient location to access one of the old town entrance gates.

It could be refurbished to evidence its past glory

this is not the first time I stay here during Biofach exhibition. noticed that room service only operates during lunch and evening hours. example I arrived at 3 pm from airport very hungry. could not order before 6 pm. in a five star hotel room service must be around the clock. also did not have an Adaptor for European socket. requested from front desk. they told me I have to purchase it which I did. this should be free given to me as a guest to borrow upon my stay as done in all five star hotel. I felt prior to COVID the hotel was much much better.
