My recent stay at this hotel was a mix of good and not-so-good experiences. The location is absolutely perfect—right in the city centre, directly across from the main station and at the corner of the old town. This made it incredibly easy to explore the sights on foot. However, the central location also meant it was quite noisy, which is something to keep in mind. The welcome was great, and the staff were very friendly and attentive. I had a specific request for a room with separate beds for the kids, and while they ultimately weren't able to find a suitable room for us, they genuinely tried their best to help. I could see them searching diligently on their computer, and I appreciated their effort. They did mention that to guarantee a room with separate beds, it's necessary to send a specific request to the hotel before your stay, as simply selecting the option when booking isn't always enough. This is a helpful tip for other families to keep in mind. The absolute best part of the stay was the delicious breakfast. There was an excellent variety of food available, with small portions that allowed me to try many different things, including dishes with artichokes, courgettes, and linseeds. It was a fantastic way to start our day.

View out of our window (room 452, directly across from elevator, which is handy, and we heard NO elevator noise in the room) was of the tower. You feel as if you could almost touch it, it is that close. Especially nice lit up at night. Room was very quiet with no street noise at all. Air-conditioning also very quiet and effective. Comfy bed and pillows. Many varied lighting options. Fantastic breakfast. We asked for a kettle in our room and were set up with a lovely tray with cups for tea. Nice location at edge of old town, you can walk to everything rather quickly and easily. Parking garage is spacious and close, underground & secure.

Low, awkward angled ceiling near window/bedside in this corner room. Just watch you don't bonk your head. *Note: this is more than made up for with the view & cozy desk nook. It is tricky to drive in, note that you WILL drive through "pedestrian zones" and don't panic.

Charming old town location. Room 119 overlooked the town. Huge with living room type area, a desk, and a king bed. The toilet was in a different room completely from the shower and large tub. If your husband reads… this is a good thing. High end finishes, robes, slippers, tea pot with tea in room. Affordable mini bar, great AC. Wine and beer honor bar in lobby. Breakfast was wonderful.

They do not have a connector to put over the gap where they push the twin beds together. They have separate sheets and you each get a twin comforter. On vacation…it makes snuggling with the hubs difficult. 😂 that said… I’d stay here again even with the crevice!

Every year we get together with our university class-mates and visit a city in Europe for couple of days and cherish our friendship and memories. This year it was Nürnberg and we stayed at Hotel Victoria which made this trip more memorable! The hotel is just besides the main train station , located in the heart of historical Altstadt, serving an extraordinary breakfast, cozy rooms with snow white linens and moreover such great staff! We once again thank to all Hotel Victoria family , indiviually Melda and Moritz from the reception and especially to Katharina from the management whom we are so grateful ! Hoping to visit this beautiful city and Hotel Victoria once again!

The location cannot be better…the Victoria is close to everything. We were also very happy with the park garage, the friendly staff, the cleanliness, the quiet and efficient air conditioning on a hot day, the elevator, and the lovely breakfast…with eggs to order, excellent coffee, and a very beautiful assortment of delicacies as well as “regular” breakfast buffet selections.

Our updated, renovated room in this older hotel was much smaller than we anticipated. It was well-appointed, but definitely sized for a day to be spent outside in the city. Not a bad thing exactly, but we did feel squeezed. We were also without hot water for probably 24 hours, due to a system breakdown. The staff was apologetic, and we understand things can “happen,” esp. in an older building, but, it’s hard to give a top rating when that happens, esp. after missing…or taking cold…showers.

Hotel Victoria is a cosy hotel being at a fantastic location- just across the road from the DB railway station. The staff, in particular Melda, was very kind and took the time to provide some suggestions on how to get the most out of wonderful Nuremburg - she impressed us very much. Thank you. Nice little touches really made us feel at home. Upon arrival we were offered a variety of different pillow options and provided tea and coffee facilities that complimented the fridge and bath on this room. I would recommend a minimum of 3 nights to enjoy Nuremburg.

A small revommendation. Breakfast was ok... maybe let patrons get own coffee/tea and hot food.

The location was perfect for us to explore the old town. View was better than expected. Breakfast had a good selection. The check-in staff were all very pleasant and helpful. We truly enjoyed exploring Nürnberg and the hotel put us in the perfect spot. We came here to celebrate our anniversary. We met 50 years ago on a blind date! Wouldn't hesitate to visit again. It's not the Hotels fault but we only wished we had a different room on a higher floor or other side. The reason was because when Friday & Saturday nights arrived, after the bars closed, there were loud people right outside along the city wall (@3am) Our room was on the 1st floor. Remember it is not your fault.

Rooms were comfortable, quiet with double glazed windows and effective air conditioning. Breakfast was included in the tariff, was good, fresh with options for cooked eggs, variety of breads, spreads and cold collations as well. Hotel was well located for restaurants and bars, was 3 mins walk from the main train and bus stations, and 5-10 minutes walk from the centre of the old town. Staff were very helpful in giving tour or travel advice.

Being close to Main Train Station, there were a number of homeless and or drunk persons on the street nearby. Driving to the hotel itself was difficult due to pedestrian malls and various one way streets but the hotel had very good instructions on their website, and good directions to nearby parking; these work but only if followed precisely.

Helpful and welcoming staff who also made sure we were able to park our large vehicle safely despite our late arrival. Beautifully decorated and finished with little touches we appreciated. Excellent location especially as we only had a few hours to spend in this lovely place. We walked directly into the midst of fabulous buildings, restaurants and cafes. The land train tour gave us a flavour of the history and a glimpse of the landmarks. We would love to return with more time to do Nuremburg justice.

My husband and I spend Christmas at the Hotel Victoria. The room was clean and very comfortable. The location was a huge plus point. We did not use any form of public transport to get to the main attractions. They are all within walking distance and a short 2 mins walk to the main train station/tram as well if you need to get to a different town/city. The breakfast was tasty and had a nice variety. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely love to come back.

Actually, nothing. Something minor, though; there is no tea/coffee facility in the room.
