Located within the Old Town, in walking distance to all main attractions and the train station. The single room was quite compact, but well enough for one person. There was a desk and a wardrobe. Toiletries were available in the shared bathroom. Very friendly staff.

My room was located at the back of the building, and unfortunately there must have been a bar/restaurant somewhere, because the noise was seeping in from outside until late even with the window closed.

It's clean. Good value for money. Stayed here a few days during pentecost weekend. Was able to sleep during the night. It's at the end of red light district - but I walked from the main road to Ottostrasse, it's safe. Perfect for solo / pair travellers budget city trip. Staff was very friendly, approachable and accommodating.

It would be beneficial if staff can speak English.

The apartment has a very good location. It is a few minutes away from the Plärrer tram, bus and metro stop. You can take the metro and go directly to the airport! For this price, it is a very good offer! I don't understand why people have written such bad reviews for the place. For this price, you get a small room with a bed. That's it. You also get a fan, which is pretty nice. It seems that people are a bit spoiled and want hotel treatment for 25€ per person :). The room was clean, the toilet was clean, the wifi was good and the host was very friendly! He is multilingual too! He also let us leave the suitcases for a bit after check out. So what if the apartment is in the red light district? I constantly looked out from the window and the street was empty. I could see people sitting and talking in the distance. Not only that, but local young people walked (quietly) at 9 and 10 pm and they seemed pretty chill to do it. I am uploading a photo of our view from the window. You can't see anything, because there isn't anything to see. If you want a small room with a bed, this is the perfect option!

When other people come in the hall, they are sometimes noisy. It would be good to warn people about it. But oh well, it's not the host's fault.

The manager/owner was extremely friendly and accommodating. The location is very suitable, in that it's less than a 1km walk to all the major parts of the city. Very easily accessible. All in all, a lovely stay and would recommend, if travelling alone. The rooms were well lit and tidy.

It is in the middle of the Red Light District, which sometimes felt a little uncomfortable being a solo female traveller of 18. The outside halls were a little dingy and smelt quite a bit like smoke. No access to kettle or any sort of food appliances.

The blanket is a little small for 2 people and the shower might be a bit tight if you're curvy (I was on the first floor)

Small but comfortable single room and, most importantly, very clean. Within walking distance from the train station.

The room was a little bit too hot but everything was fine and the bathroom was pretty clean, even though it was a sharing bathroom. The only thing I would recommend is putting an hanger inside the bedroom and also a kettle to heat water.

Perfect location in old city, still easy to reach with car. You can park next to the street. Nice owner and very clean rooms. Everything what you need.
