The location was good. There is a grocery store right below the apartment. ALDIs is about a 10 minute walk away. Transportation is right across the street. We got prompt information from apartment managers when we needed it. The apartment was clean except for a clump of hair in the bed. It was very nice a fan was included. Even though it was cool, we needed it for air movement. The windows were soundproof. The downside is that you couldn’t keep the windows open for air flow.

It would have been nice to have a booklet with information in the apartment. We never did figure out the microwave. We had to fiddle around with the stovetop to make it work. The lights above the sink and stove in the kitchen didn’t work, or we could never find out how to turn them on. The kick plate under the kitchen kept falling off. No instructions on how to use the little heater in the bathroom. Having the WIFI code in the apartment would have helped. Luckily, I accidentally copied it down during some earlier information. I would be reluctant to rent this in hot weather. The fan would not be enough to keep you cool in my opinion.

The apartment is spacious and situated above Plärer underground station. Thus it is easy to travel around the city. We had nice old town view from our windows. Kitchen is well equipped. The beds are comfortable and linen is hotel quality. It was very handy to generate as many key cards as there are guests and then have freedom of entering the apartment when needed. There is no washing machine in the apartment but there are many downstairs which can be used with an additional charge.

The location was great just 10 minutes from the city center, the check-in was very smooth, the apartment was very clean, comfortable and spacious with 2 large windows and had the basic kitchen utensils we needed. Overall the room had everything we needed for a short stay.

The bed could be a little larger (it was 140cm width) and some lights weren't working. The ventilation in the bathroom was a little noisy but closing the bathroom door made its noise insignificant.

Location was very nice, just in front of subway station and at the SouthWest entrance of the old city. The decoration was modern and minimal with a lot of open space, the natural light was great, great mattress, the bathroom had all we needed. The coffee machine was a great extra!

The TV could be a smart one (e.g with Netflix). Also the communication through e-mails was only in German and a Google translate was always needed..

The apartment was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. It's close to the places of interest and there is a shop with everything you need beneath the apartment.

The noise of the traffic at night took a bit of getting used to, however, this shouldn't take away from the experience. Just bring earplugs if, like me, you need silence to sleep.

The host Kerstin at Nuremberg property.was very helpful. The after hours service hotline staff were quick to help us when we had trouble with the online app check in. We were able to get into our room and make two keys manually when we arrived at the building no problem. This was a contactless stay and all went very well with the quick response from the phone services hotline. The location was very good. The apartment is literally next to U-Bahn entrance/exit. There were grocery stores conveniently close by. The Alte Stadt entrance was just 70-100 meters from the apartment building. Shopping and restaurants close by. The building felt secure. The exterior door needed a key code to open. The floor to the rooms required key card. As well as the apartment room door. The kitchen was well stocked. Appliances worked well. Cleaning supplies provided were adequate for our stay. The room had good heating. The water was hot which makes for a good shower and shave. The room was quiet for the fact it was facing a busy intersection. Desk was good size. I really enjoyed it.

I would have liked a room safe. Needed bigger trash can for a three night stay.

Great location, especially when coming from the airport - you're delivered exactly to the door by the U bahn, and you're just at the walls of the Altstadt. Clean and modern, with all the facilities that you need, and clear instructions for the automated entry.

Location excellent, all appliances in the room, very warm and cozy.

Maybe it would be nice to provide more than just 2 capsules of coffee and a tiiiiny tiny bottle of shower gel for 2 ppl staying in the apartment for 3 nights. We used it all up after 2 showers. All the rest was excellent.

Very good location, 15 min from railway station and just 2 min from Altstadt city wall. There is a Nespresso coffeemashine. Better to bring capsules with you (we bought in Müller at Hbh). Bath room and bed are good. Small Kitchen is good. Internet is fast.

Teepot was brocken, but it was changed after we wrote a message.
