Helpful and friendly staff Great location in the center and with lots of cafes/ restaurants around Having a washing machine in the room was a huge plus

One of the main reasons I booked this place was because it had parking. However, when I arrived the garage was already full, even though I got there fairly early at 3pm (the start of check in time). The garage is too small for a hotel of this size. I was told to park at the nearby Jakobsmarkt public garage, but when I went there 3 days later to pick up my car, the floor I was parked on was closed due to construction. When I finally managed to get down to the exit, the ramp wouldn’t open because it uses a ticketless system that reads your license plate and it doesn’t properly recognize some foreign license plates. I don’t recommend parking there if you don’t have a German license plate!!

The location is great. In the room is more than you can expect from the hotel - a small kitchen with oven, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher,etc. The bed was big and very comfortable.

I couldn't book a parking place in advance, I sent a message to the hotel few weeks in advance, but I didn't receive any respond. Fortunately, near by there is a public parking place, 5€ cheaper than this one in the hotel, so in the end there was no problem with parking car.

All perfect except a few details below.

- wifi in the room between 20:00-12:00 almost unavailable. We tested it if we switched on one device it would get a bit better but with 2 devices both no connection - parking charged per day 25$. The issue is that if you stay even less than 24 hours but in two days then you pay 50$.

Good choice for family with children. There was enough space even for kids play. Both bed and couch are comfortable for sleeping, we very appreciated dinning table with 4 chairs and fully equipped kitchen. Hotel is in the non-tourist part of the city centre, though next to the museum and just 10 minutes from the railway station. Very good breakfast. There is 24/7 opened kiosk/shop inside the hotel with some beverages and basic food, so clever!

Although the street in front of the hotel is not busy at all, there are the traffic lights which still work during the night. So sometimes we were disturbed by the music and beats from the waiting cars (we were in the 1st floor).

The room was amazing - on the modern/stylish side. Bathroom was nice and included a washer/dryer for small loads. Location was great for exploring the inner city of Nürnberg and was a block and a half from the Germanische Museum.

It took us a while to figure out how the washer/dryer worked (when the timer counts down to zero, there is still actually another 5-15 minutes left and there is no tone to say the cycle is complete). Also, if you have >anything< on the cooking surface (yes, there is a cooking surface and a dishwasher!), whether it's hot or in use or not, it will make a warning sound. Apparently, there was some schmutz on it that was invisible to the eye and we had to wipe it down several times to make the warning sound go away. But the question was what we didn't like, and they are both fairly trivial.

- Very central location of the hotel, very convenient to visit the city (1 minute from the pedestrian zone); - The apartment was equipped with all the necessary comforts for an overnight stay (washer/dryer , dishwasher with cleaning cap already included to use them once; we bought only the caps for the dishwasher having used it daily) (oven/microwave , iron with ironing board , safe box , large led tv, soundproof room, reading corner at the window with comfortable armchairs); - Staff very helpful, kind and also accommodating; - Rooftop terrace with a suggestive view of the city; - Very close to the supermarket (ALDI) to do the shopping.

- Dust was present on some of the furniture and accessories in the room; - It was very hot although we had turned off the heating when we arrived and opened the window for a change of air.

Breakfast was excellent. Room had washer/dryer combo that we needed. Desk staff was extremely helpful trying to find a Christmas shop for me. Hotel was within walking distance of market square.

There was nothing we didn't like, other than parking was two blocks away. Not the most convenient, but not worth complaining about.

Friendly staff. Restaurant staff especially were awesome. Very fun and enjoyed chatting with them. Great service!! Apartment was clean and as shown in pictures. Have stayed with Adina before in a different location. The experience was the same so booked Adina again. Likely to again for future trips if Adina is in the chosen location. I like the shop!! Great being able to buy a few treats! See below.

Apartment in this location was slightly smaller. That's the only really difference. Not really an issue though but more space is always welcome. Apartment was of a decent enough size though. Hated the beds. Quite uncomfortable. Blankets too thick. Pillows okay. Mattress upgrades to a better brand would help. TVs in Adina need better smart functions. Cannot access Netflix or other streaming apps without an impossible process of connecting a phone etc. Really just need built in access. Let people connect their own accounts. Or rent out Amazon fire sticks or something similar. Could be a good revenue stream!! The shop could do with more additions. More food variety. Some healthier options. Fruit or yoghurt etc. Milk, coffee, tea. Bread or newspapers if you're more adventurous.

The location was within minutes walk of the main area for shops, bars and restaurants. Our 1 bed apt was spacious and spotlessly clean. It had a fully equipped kitchen area including a washing machine which was great for us on this stop over. The staff were extremely friendly and polite also the breakfast consisted of all fresh produce i.e fruit, bread, juices along with hot food. The quality was excellent and it was a great way to start our day. The bar off the lobby is a perfect place to relax and to finish off the night, alcohol prices are reasonable however just be aware the bar doesn't open on Sundays or Mondays. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend the Adina Apartment Hotel, we look forward to staying again in the future.

Absolutely nothing.

Everything about this property was excellent. The staff was professional and so helpful. I didn't know upon booking if the property was was more apartment or more hotel, but it turned out to have the best of both worlds! The room was a great size, the kitchenette convenient; so happy to have a washing machine in our room. Breakfast was excellent, with choices for all. The indoor pool and sauna area was clean, relaxing and peaceful. We also made use of the rooftop terrace as a social area for our small group. The location was a convenient walk to shops, so many food options, old town, the national museum, and the main train station. Would love to stay here again.
