The apartment was in a wonderful location. You're in the city centre with everything around you. We had a 3 bedroom apartment with was brilliant. Was clean and had everything we needed. The bedrooms were large and the bed was incredibly comfortable. There weren't any staff to talk to as it was all online but the communication was good and the cleaning team were really efficient.

Although the parking was close by not having parking for the hotel cost us a fortune. The shower room was really small and poorly designed when it was built. But that doesn't change that it did what it needed to do, still had a good shower in it and did the job.

Location Size of rooms

Cleanliness - there was hair on all hard flooring, we can only imagine what the carpet has on it. Water closet - narrow. Also, there is a sink to wash hands but no place to have a towel. Storage - 70% of the wardrobes are used for supplies for the cleaners. The wardrobes should be available for the guests. If guests have to bring their items up the stairs, the staff can bring their supplies up the stairs. The bathroom had a negative aroma that permeated throughout the space. No common area Kitchen - no microwave and only one large knife with no other cutting instruments.

This place is perfectly situated to go to the Christmas market or just sight seeing in Germany, very close to the train station maybe a five minute walk. Staff that let us in was excellent. Love this apartment, perfect for the 3 of us, each had our own bedroom. Had dinner at Das Paul restaurant and it was delicious, had Garlic Paul. Good thing we had our own rooms! Beautiful view of the river and partial market. You won't make a mistake staying here

Price just a little lower but we were there on a Saturday night during the Christmas markets so that is to be expected. That we had only one night, would have liked to stay longer

Wonderful property. Very comfortable space, beds, etc. very clean. We booked the two bedroom apartment and it had a lovely balcony overlooking the river. We watched the ducks and enjoyed the weather. The property is less than a 10 minute walk to the Imperial Castle and old town Nuremberg. It is in an area with lots of shops, restaurants and stores. The unit has a kitchen if you are inclined to cook. We also included the breakfast option with our booking and it was delicious! Definitely a must. Parking is available for a fee at several nearby garages.

We really enjoyed our stay in Nuremberg! The apartment is perfectly located in the old town, within walking distance of all the main tourist attractions. The area is full of excellent restaurants and charming streets, making it easy to explore the city on foot.

The apartment had two rooms overlooking the pedestrian area. There was a bit of noise from the street in the morning, ...and the bathroom door could use some attention to stop it from squeaking.

The place is amazing, its location is very strategic, from left to right, from front to back, everything is close to tourist areas and historical buildings, shopping areas, and various restaurants and cafes. The apartment is very clean and tidy, making it feel like home. We got 3 bedrooms, each with a TV and a safety box. The interior is nice and modern, with photos on the walls, large windows, and spacious rooms. In the master bedroom and kitchen area, there are doors that lead to a balcony with a river view. Highly recommended, the check-in and check-out process is very easy, very close to public transportation, and I will definitely stay here again someday."

The location is excellent and the 3 rooms spacious. It was also nice that the cleaners came in every day.

The check in process was bewildering as there is no reception. Once we finally figured it out and got our key, we could not find the actual apartment as the directions where none-existent and it was in a different building. The kitchen has no condiments in it at all. A small thing, but often in an appartment basics like salt and pepper, herbs etc are left from previous guests. We had to buy everything including pepper. There is literally nothing except some coffee pods for the coffee machine. Also no kettle which was odd, so we spent the week boiling water in a pan to make tea.

We stayed for two nights and it was perfect for what we needed. The location is right in the city centre so perfect for us to use as a base while we explored and ventured to new places. Within a 5 minute walk you have a train station, shops, restaurants, cafes, bars etc. We had a cocktail and a small bite to eat in the Das Paul restaurant on one of the afternoons and it was all really good quality and decently priced. I would stay here again! :)

The pillows are too soft! even using both pillows provided there wasnt much support. I also found it odd that the wardrobes in the bedrooms were locked. We had a small space to hang/put our clothes but each room had a main wardrobe that was locked and unable to be used. There was also minimal shared space which meant we hung out in the bedroom a lot of the time, which wasnt an issue but may be for others so just something to note.

The apartment was spacious and well decorated. It was centrally located and the hotel bar/restaurant was convenient for drinks in the evening and breakfast in the morning. Our breakfast server was very friendly and helpful.

The apartment was a bit dusty (cobwebs on the kitchen lamp) and had some greasy finger prints on cabinet doors. Additionally, the bathroom was very small. It was divided up into a WC and a shower room, but because of the division both rooms were too small to be in comfortably. Finally, the apartment was missing a essential item: a corkscrew. This can and should be remedied asap.

The location on the river is perfect for restaurants in the evening but also close to U1 train stations to get to the Messe and Airport.

This isn’t the fault of the hotel but take some ear plugs as the Canadian geese on the river and birds coming to roost in the evening can be very loud. Also as a Brit a kettle would be handy as boiling water in a 4 litre pan to make a cup of tea was interesting.
