Fantastic location on the square..We walked to and from the train station, in around 15 minutes. A really well presented and maintained hotel. Very comfortable room and a good bathroom. The hotel was very quiet, air con good, great bed, but only small pillows. We didn't have the breakfast, but cafes right outside were excellent. There is also a good supermarket outside. We walked out to the Court room, lovely walk along the river, about 30 minutes and you are obviously right in the middle of old town. We also walked over to the new town, 10 minutes or so, to eat a couple of nights, for Korean and Vietnamese food, as a change from sausage! Only drawback was no fridge in the room, which in over 30 degree heat was an issue, but not if you're going for the Christmas markets.

A really lovely clean hotel in the perfect location next to the market square. We had an inward facing room so cannot comment on street noise but there is only very little bus traffic passing the hotel front. The whole hotel was very clean, the staff were so friendly and helpful. A very nice breakfast room is offered, there is also a nice relaxed coffee lounge where you are entitled to one free coffee. The room was very cosy and extremely clean. The bed was lovely but be aware that the four pillows are all quite flat. A nice TV with a good choice of TV and Radio channels is wall mounted. The bathroom was a comfortable size, with a large shower that was powerful and hot. Plenty of good towels are provided. We really enojyed this hotel and hope to stay again should we have another stay in this very beautiful city.

The location to the market and the underground parking were convenient.

The access to the hotel because of the market was interrupted making our ability to get to the hotel using a navigation system extremely difficult. When we arrived having expressed how difficult it was to access the hotel, the staff was efficient in checking us in. It’s hard to explain but there was nothing extra. It was a very transactional experience while our other stays were welcoming, helpful, suggested places to eat and offered to help us with our bags. The staff didn’t share any information about the breakfast or lounge with us and we were a bit disoriented/disconnected. We felt like guests in the other hotels- I felt unappreciated here.

I visited for Rock im Park and I was happy with the Hotel location as well as short walks to other areas of interest. The Hotel check in process is easy and straight forward, the rooms plenty of room and for me, looking out to the street had a nice view. The bar is open late and for me i did not have breakfast included however i could see there was free coffee for all guests in the morning, i do not drink it but i think a nice touch.

I do not have much to say with this however, if i could pick on one thing it would be the bar area could be open a little later but I would not say, i didn't like it, i just would have liked it more late.

The woman at the front desk upon arrival was exceptional. She was the same person the next morning when we checked out. Very personable and accommodating. The location was absolutely perfect. Right on the market square and within walking distance of everything you want to see inside the wall. The bus stop #36 was just outside the front door which we took to the Documentation Center (15 minute ride). Plenty of dining choices very close. We loved our 1-night stay.

Just a suggestion .... include the breakfast with the room price. It is not a big deal, as we paid the 15 euros, but it just feels good to know "it's included."

The location of the hotel is PERFECT! The old town square is steps away and lots of restaurants, shops, attractions as well as the Bimmelbahn tour. My favorite part is the accessible room and with a window view of the square! There is a parking garage easy to access in and out. The staff were very nice and accommodating to our needs.

If they offered carts for elderly and handicap folks! Just an idea!

In middle of town with lots of possibilties, very clean room, excellent bed, airco and shower and staff was very friendly, breakfast facilities were great! Parking garage under hotel was a bit narrow, but easy to access.

Not liking is a big word, but the narrow parking space could have been an issue if you don't have enough driving skills, for me it worked out just fine. This is the only "issue" that I was able to find.

Nice modern room, with a large bathroom and a comfortable bed. Located right in the middle of town and within walking distance of all the major attractions. Very reasonably priced for the location. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for an affordable hotel in Nuremberg.

Internet could have been better, found myself using my hotspot on my phone instead of wifi even though the router was right outside of my room. That being said I didnt spend much time in my room so it wasn't a huge deal.

Location is phenomenal, right on the main square, in the heart of the Christmas markets, a nice haven to escape to occasionally! Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Our room was lovely and cosy, up in the eaves - it's 'compact and bijou' not a lot of spare space, but enough for our few days when we weren't in it very much. Lovely big bathroom. We didn't eat in the hotel, but there's a really nice lounge area for drinks and friendly bar in the reception area.

Husband wasn't happy with the continental pillows! We did get two extra ones though, which was no trouble. No tea or coffee facilities in the rooms, although available in the lounge. We'd read about this before we went and were able to ask for a kettle and mugs at reception when we checked in (again no trouble at all) and took our own coffee so we could have a mug while we're waking up.

A new hotel in the very center of town. Good variable breakfast, spacuous clean rooms. Underground parking with direct elevator to the room flor was great to have. The staff was cery friendly and caring both at reception and breakfast. Enjoyed the view from my room. A/C was a great advantage especially in the very center where most of the hotels are dated.
