We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location is excellent — very central and convenient, with private, safe underground parking just steps away. The parking spots are generously spacious, which made unloading luggage a breeze. Our room was large, clean, and very comfortable, with plenty of space to relax after a long day. The breakfast was fantastic, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. We also dined at the hotel restaurant, and the burgers were delicious, perfectly cooked and flavorful. The mojito was also surprisingly good, a great way to unwind in the evening. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, always happy to help with any questions or requests.

If I had to mention one small area for improvement, it would be that tea and coffee in the room were not complimentary — a minor detail, but it would have been a nice touch.

The room was tidy and stylish with the wood panels. The bathroom was quite spacious. The breakfast was as big as you wanted, consisting of a variety of stuff, brought to you by waiters. The location was very central in the old town.

I had asked for a quiet room, but facing to the backyard with the opposite windows quite close, it would have been good to have blinds in the window. Not all members of the staff at breakfast were too attentive to the customers. The nearby church bells could be heard throughout the night.

We booked this property because of location. The rooms were not big, but adequate for the one night. The little outdoor balcony was useful to us as we did some hand washing and were able to dry to clothes quickly outside. Staff were helpful and the restaurant downstairs was handy for a light meal and beverage.

There was unexpected construction taking place right in front of the hotel which made for a bit of noise and congestion, but bearable as the hotel put our rooms in the back facing a courtyard.

The room was very nice and spacious! Staff was very helpful and friendly! Best location in the city right in the city centre, with parking option! Breakfast was incredible, can’t recommend enough! The fact that the Dinner was just next to the hotel was great because their burgers ROCK! Definitely going back!

Nothing. Just if you book the parking follow the instructions given in the reception, trust me you won’t find it your self. And don’t expect a big sign, it looks like a house door but it’s pretty decent actually.

The location was absolutely perfect, and the breakfast was provided with a la carte choices at the little attached diner next door. We had full choice of coffee and fresh teas. How delightful to have fresh peppermint and chamomile tea served by smiling faces. There was even fresh pressed juice available as well as eggs, bacon, fresh lachs, all kinds of fresh bread and rolls, pancakes with syrup and awesome meat and cheese platter with fresh cheese and Obatzda which was FANTASTIC! The rooms were large and comfortable with nice views out to old Town below. It was very convenient to grab the bus to go north for our two evening dinners out and within 15 minutes to the entire Northern half of the city.Lovely mini bar that was refreshed daily.Excellent friendly staff.

The only complaint that we all had was the hardness of the bed.

Comparing to other variants the price was ok. The place and service are just perfect. Big cool room, nothing excessive, but everything you need, quiet, comfortable big bad, nice cosmetic in the bathroom. Perfect breakfast, very nice and funny waiter. Parking for 12,50 euro is nearby. Reservations are available

After we left, someone wrote us through booking messenger in the same chat we exchanged messages with hotel personal and ask for my banking card number (!), because “we didn’t pay when leaving”. Immediately I received a message from booking system saying that I shouldn’t tell my card number to anyone due to online scams. But how it is possible at all inside the booking system? Don’t know. The Hotel Five is highly recommended though

Great lay out, charging ports near bed, easy to arrange suitcases and stuff. Very clean and walking distance to town. Breakfast was great and made fresh every day. Very close to town and the Xmas market, shops, and restaurants. Comfortable beds and pillows!

Tiny shower, hard not to get water all over the floor. A little noisy at night, but not the property’s fault. Under staffed on the holidays Dec 24 and 25. The one waiter did a great job, but he definitely could have used some help! Some staff didn’t speak English, and didn’t understand breakfast requests. One day when I wasn’t feeling well, I asked for the yogurt just to be by itself and not mixed with the fruit. It came out premade all mixed together .

Yes lot of space in the room and possibile to reserve car space. Clean and good availability of Coffee and drinks in the mini bar Young staff owns the hotel

The diner and breakfast table are open for guests from outside the hotel hence cannot reserve a table Suggest to offer higher quantity of jam and nutella for breakfast as it’s quite minimal

It’s a fairly basic looking hotel, but it contains a really good little hotel from which to explore the lovely city of Nuremberg. Big, clean rooms with basics covered. The breakfast is next door in the diner and it’s fantastic. Definitely recommended.

Just a quibble that there is extra charge for coffee and tea- seemed a bit out of step in this day and age.

-Awesome room, huge, comfortable and super clean! I loved the body products, soap and body cream: beautifully scented! The bathroom was very large and practical. There was a big wardrobe, armchair and a little table, so we could place all our luggage and relax. - The baby bed for our daughter (2years and half) was carefully prepared and she loved sleeping there. - The breakfast was amazing, we especially appreciated the pancakes and smoked salmon. There is a large variety of food and the cappuccino was very well done. - Kind staff at the reception and at the breakfast room too. Also the cleaning staff was very kind and waited to make up our room as our daughter was still sleeping. -Parking lot very near to the hotel

The doors of our shower did not close perfectly and some water came out.
